After that, in a week or two, they did an SEO audit for our website, showing why it wasn't ranked that high and what should be done to improve certain areas. They have also identified what keywords to use in order for us to outrank our competitors on Google.

About two weeks after the kick-off call, they provided us with a detailed report that described the issues they found on our website and how to fix them. They also provided an SEO strategy document with step-by-step instructions along with key deadlines. So far, they have optimized most of our pages and cleaned up most of the technical issues. They are also guiding us through the link building strategy. They have a network of trusted partners, so we can be sure that links are placed only on reliable and authoritative websites.
