Please describe your company and your position there.

I am head of marketing at one mid-size startup in Czech Republic. Fabian and his company Tetrix werre recommended by some acquaintances + he is quite famous influencer in the IT space so we got to talk.

For what projects/services did your company hire Tetriz.io?

Tetriz.io and Fabian in particular helped train our staff on Quora marketing and helped us get more visibility. He helped to narrow down our focus, identify the most relevant questions and spaces and helped our selected Content Writer to do all the right things to get his answers more visibility.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Approach + time + money, but the personal approach was the deciding factor as Fabian has access to our Slack too and we can communicate very efficiently.

Quora marketing package, details are proprietary ownership of Tetriz.io so I don't want to share their know-how.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Fabian was our main POC, didn't talk to anyone else as it wasn't needed.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our colleague became an influencer in our niche on Quora.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Communication has been effective as we had direct channel with Fabian. I would however appreciate more heads up about billable hours as the work was done as some months there were some surprises. I would recommend having this agreed upon.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their personal approach and insights into Quora marketing were impressive. Fabian wasn't even shy supporting us personally by upvoting and commenting on our content.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Maybe more heads up about work that is being done when it's being done to avoid surprises, but that's also something we should been more proactive with.

We wanted to have a better reach on Quora. We reached out to Fabian and he made a complete plan to improve our Quora visibility.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Fabian has a great knowledge of Quora and is very visible on growth marketing channels (such as product hunt). I reviewed their work and thought they will deliver good value to us.

First, Fabian did an analysis of our current presence on Quora. Then, they established a plan for us to grow our audience and created an action plan for us.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We have way more visibility of our answers on Quora. Each question we answered has more visibility.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Really efficient. All the work was done remotely and for that reason, being efficient is important. Fabian sent us videos about their findings and how to follow the plan he laid out.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We're impressed with their Quora presence and expertise.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No, I will hire them back for more work on other channels.
