Software system works good and good suite on our requriements. and greatfully, Tesvan's follow up has been really helpful to make sure we feel safe on new products. Will be happy to work on another projects in the future.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We were impressed with their great attitude toward their responsibilities. Direct feedback & fixes. Arman was such a responsible cooperation for us. And glad we had him to build good connection between the companies. The way he follows up for his work result and even goes beyond requirements, it was amazing. Tesvan was emphasiszing the ' Customer satisification' 'Good result' which they made they words and promises.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

-For more smooth communication with English lanugage will be helpful for multinational company.

Working as a Product Owner in the IT department from ArctX, I got to know Tesvan from other team members, they recommended me Tesvan with their previous projects, and I was told that especially the QA engineers are so hard workers from Tesvan. (This company ArctX is basically an IT software company based in Yerevan, Armenia.)

We came up with the project called SMS project, which is the WorldSMS website and its back office implementation. We aimed to implement the website, and the back office, especially the back office, has many functions such as sending SMS via 3rd parties APIs, dashboard, promotional code generation, and so on.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

ArctX has already been working with Tesvan for many months, and the other POs and developers are satisfied with Tesvan. So I got the meeting with Davit and quotation accordingly. Also, Armen came to our office to discuss and investigate this project in detail. I loved their attitude and patience since I'm a junior PO (I still have many things to learn). They explained to me the logic of the back office and how it's going to be better in terms of development from the perspective of a developer.

This project includes FE and BE like other usual web development. FE includes web, back office, and mobile. Implemented in React.js BE includes the API integration (The most critical and challenging part). Implemented in Python. At first, we planned to finish the project until the first week of November, but Tesvan works very fast, we assume this project will be finished before November.

2 FE developers (Armen and Razmik) 1 BE developer (Arayik) and 1 PM (Shushan)

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

I can say they work so so fast, in the middle of Sep, I saw that their progress reached 85 % already, although the initial plan for finalizing this project was until November. As of now, it's the end of Sep; we just need to adjust a few UIs in the FE part.

PM Shushan provides me with the weekly report every Friday with the % and task list. So that I can see what part we are blocked, what part we finished, and what part we are working on. It helped me a lot to analyze the progress, giving me the opportunity to check missing parts too. Also, all the team members from Tesvan responded to my needs with agility, along with the solution and advice. They're very friendly and consistent in not just delivering the product but also delivering the vision with the view of 20s.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I love their attitude and manner. Whenever I bring any questions or problems, they never overlook them, kindly consulting with me and finding the answer together. Also, they are talented developers and PM. All our designers feedback me that they are different from other development companies, for example, when something is missing or broken, they are willing to edit or develop, or even enhance by spending their time. I love their youth-ish culture.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

For now, I can't suggest any room for improvement since they are doing so well. Just worrying about the distance from Sevan to Yerevan if it affects their ability and gets them tired.

Our latest web application had a poor design and structure designed. We got a lot of negative results from our users, which directly affected our reputation. So the first step was changing the app design completely.

Some friends referred Tesvan and after the first consultation, they understood the assignment from A to Z! Generally they deal with software testing services, however, they also provided additional UI/UX service for us.

From day 1, we were on the same page with Tesvan team who did an excellent job by providing high-quality service. Me and my team enjoyed working with them and as a result we have a great web app.

QA experts did their work with high-level professionalism , the test cases were written extra clearly and they designed and implemented tests, debugged and defined correcting actions. They also reviewed system requirements and tracked quality assurance metrics.

Actually I am not sure that I know exactly how many people have worked on the project overall, but we had been in touch with 2-3 people.

They managed to do their tasks and responsibilities and met the deadline which gives us opportunity to provide more effective services to the users.

We always communicated with each other to have a more detailed task description and make the working process clear. For this proposal, we used Microsoft Teams. Also used JIRA for managing our main workload.

They were extremely customer-oriented and passionate about what they did. At the same time, they had high-level professionalism.

The work they have done was perfect from the testing side, with just one improvement: the main test case documentation is enough for this kind of project which already has readable automation test scenarios.
