They set up an Odoo Community 18 environment and installed and configured the Cleverence clv_api integration.

They then installed the Cleverence Inventory application on Android, paired the device, and worked through the required certification scenarios. These included master-data synchronization, barcode-based purchase receipts, delivery-order processing, checking stock deductions in Odoo, and performing a mobile cycle count followed by reconciliation of the resulting quantities.

They also documented observations and retested findings before preparing the final QA results.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

TESTRIQ completed all five mandatory certification phases. At final sign-off there were no failed, blocked, or open items remaining within the certification scope. After successful completion of the process, Cleverence issued TESTRIQ QA LAB Certificate of Proficiency #40645955.

The assignment followed a predefined certification sequence, which made the process quite structured. Their documentation made it straightforward for us to understand what had been tested, what had been found, and what had been retested before completion.

I appreciated that they followed the complete warehouse flow rather than treating each function in isolation. For example, performing an operation on the Android application was only part of the test. They also checked the resulting Odoo documents and inventory quantities. That end-to-end validation is important for this type of integration.

Our work together was limited to this certification assignment, so we did not have enough exposure to their broader services to identify a meaningful general weakness. Within the certification scope, the process was completed as required.

TESTRIQ QA LAB provided us with smoke testing for our web app. The team tested the complete upload, parsing, AI processing, and results workflow. They also handled PDF validation scenarios, including non-PDF uploads, corrupted files, oversized files, and empty submissions.Moreover, TESTRIQ QA LAB validated the AI output for handling malformed, irrelevant, or misleading CV content. They also tested the behavior when CVs contained non-career-related or inappropriate content. The team tested the stability of the structured output under unusual or edge-case inputs and verified that system responses remained within the intended functional boundaries.In addition, TESTRIQ QA LAB conducted cross-browser testing for desktop on Chrome and Safari. They also did basic mobile web validation on iOS Safari and Android Chrome. The team handled error and user-facing message validation and defect logging via a shared Google Sheet with severity tagging.
