They made a thorough check of it at first while a dedicated expert team took up the penetration testing action. Then the team came up with a detailed testing report that listed the issues, made us know the severity of the problems, and gave us recommendations on how to fix them. They then collaborated with our in-house team to give accurate explanations about each issue and further activities needed to ensure smooth running.

We had the problem totally fixed, and we have had no reoccurrence, as we were assured

We did not experience any delay while collaborating with testmatic. We never had any miscommunication despite the mode of interaction, and they always responded to our needs. We were impressed by their speed, efficiency, and how productively they went through all the testing stages without any disruption to our work or system.

We wanted a QA who could slot seamlessly in to our team and get up to speed quickly. Testmatick provided a great candidate who performs all aspects of quality assurance testing from basic user testing to documenting complex features.

We were seeking an ongoing relationship therefore progress is measured in continued performance and development of the QA hired. We continue to be delighted with the hire made.

The workflow between our team was effective and they participated in most team meetings. We kept them closely informed, which helped our collaboration.

They offered high-level QA testing at an affordable price, and their team often found errors we oversaw or helped test things as part of our development process, which helped speed up our development.

Not that we can think of. However, we could have used more of their services - especially around Automated testing.

the product was released successfully and is already deployed on hundreds of customers.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

the communication with the test engineer was very good. the network administrator english was less good and sometimes we got into misunderstandings.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their willingness to do things that are not common was stellar. like getting the network administrator to participate in the project and and the flexibility

the required technical knowledge of this specific project was sometimes not enough. for example the configuration of SCCM database was not sufficient.
