Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the CTO at IT company. We help small- to medium-sized companies sell online by providing them with technology and development services. We’ve been in operation for about 10 years, and we cater to global market leaders. Our primary products are enterprise-grade websites, although we’re a full-service creative agency.

We needed a team to review our sites and ensure that every feature worked as intended. Our testing environment required an additional set of resources.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We selected TestDel after contacting more than 10 companies. Checked prior expertise with testing including the case studies. Scheduled meeting with them to understand their testing process.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

Scope of work was to enhance the digital footprint and develop Web / Mobile applications for this client. Daily standups for the entire team with the project manager, at a later stage this included our own internal tester without problems. For communication the main channel is slack, for all tasks its Jira.

We worked directly with 1 project Manager, 3 automation tester and 2 manual tester

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They had a deep understanding of the web and Mobile app and detailed testing helped team to complete project as per the set timeframe. Automated testing saved us a lot of time. before, we were doing everything manually.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We were on a strict schedule, so they has a keep up with our team. Easy to communicate. Mainly the bug reports provided were clear enough to understand including the image snapshot of issues.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They’ve always been very professional, prompt, and available when we needed them. We’ve never had any issues or needed to go back and teach them how to meet our standards. Business understanding of the system with detailed testing. Bug reports were easy enough for team to understand.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Very satisfied with engagement with TestDel.

Software products today get to build with a few million lines of codes. To make an error-free product deployment, every section of code must go through a complete testing process.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goal was to add experienced QA resources to a relatively small product/engineering team. Teams should create comprehensive documentation that contains complete requirement analysis. It will help business analysis, technical, and QA testing teams to understand the as-is and to-be product model.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The key outcome of our project with Testdel is the quality and stability of the telehealth platform we developed. Software testers we hired extensively checked the platform’s architecture and functionality. We’re very happy with the all the critical bugs they have found on our system. Their quote was very competitive—we were told by their competitors that paying a cheap price would mean having to pay twice. We were expecting the worst, but we got the best.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow between our teams has been excellent; we consider our Testdel contractors to be key members of our product development organization.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I really appreciated that they took initiative with the project. They really understood what we want for our project, and came up with suggestions for new features as well. In addition, TESTDEL, has worked closely with us to improve our software process, which allows us to produce products more efficiently and with a higher level of quality.

Not really. We are really satisfied of this collaboration.
