I’m a financial manager at Finances on Fingers. I provide services to people who want to make good deals with their finances but don’t know how to do it properly. I help them save their money each month.

What challenge were you trying to address with Teplin?

I needed to become better known in my country, so I created profiles on Instagram and Facebook as a financial expert. I asked Teplin to create a website where people could read information about me, make inquiries, and improve their financial management skills.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Teplin designed and developed my site. It has an email function and a billing system integration. The website was also made as an educational platform to improve financial skills. People who want to make an order just push a button and pay through their credit cards. They created an ad on Google, Instagram, and Facebook about my services.

There were around five members involved.

We’re both from Kyiv, Ukraine. They showed me their portfolio on their website, and they made me a great offer. They had great communication skills and they understood what I needed. They also gave me a great discount.

I started working with Teplin about one year ago and the relationship is currently ongoing, but it only took 3–4 months to build the website.

There were about 100 people who purchased my offers and came to my educational program; I’m thankful to Teplin.

They use Trello to communicate with me. I can decide on the order in which to do the tasks and they make everything clear. I understand the process as a whole and the deadlines.

The scope of work involved a complete website rebuild from the ground up, including a fully new design, structure, and user experience without relying on the previous version. The team reimagined the entire site to create a more modern, premium look while optimizing navigation, layout, and overall usability. Key deliverables included a fully redesigned website, improved user journey, enhanced mobile responsiveness, and conversion-focused elements aimed at increasing engagement and sales.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project led to a measurable increase in conversion rate of approximately 20%, which had a direct positive impact on overall revenue. In addition, the improved website design and structure enhanced the overall user experience, resulting in fewer customer support inquiries due to clearer navigation and better information flow. The new site also strengthened our brand image, making it more appealing and professional to both customers and business partners.

Their project management was excellent. They consistently delivered items on time, and communication was clear and responsive throughout the process. We had a large number of requests and revisions on our side, which caused some minor delays, but they handled everything professionally and made sure to fulfill every single requirement. Overall, they were highly accommodating and did an outstanding job.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What stood out the most was their ability to completely rethink and rebuild the website from scratch while staying highly detail-oriented and conversion-focused. They were extremely responsive, flexible with our many requests, and consistently found solutions to improve both design and performance. Their combination of creativity, technical skill, and understanding of e-commerce made a real difference.

There are no significant areas for improvement. Overall, everything was handled very well and we were highly satisfied with the results and the collaboration.
