hard to say, development took place under high time pressure so obviously there was less time for testing than usual. Resulting needs to minor adjustment at a later stage were done fast and flexible

Our team works in an agile process, so tasks are managed within 3 week sprint scopes and feedback is immediate. At any given point in time we have 5-10 active tasks involving the Temy team. We have clear DoD's on every task and Temy staff are evaluated in the same way our core teams are.

• They were able to find the right person for this task rapidly and with a good culture fit. 
• When trying to find persons for other positions (iOS developer), we couldn't find the ideal candidate through Temy. They understood well, we were only looking for one of the best developers and didn't mind we rejected candidates that were proposed.

Sometimes, the account management can chase you to follow up on emails or tasks. Their frequency can be quite high.
