TeddyGraphics has designed both the UX and UI for "MAC Stref@" — a new web application that gives users seamless access to all MAC’s digital tools — and for the "Multibooks" WebApp, an interactive teaching platform that helps educators engage pupils through dynamic, digital learning materials.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Teachers shared that MAC Stref@ made it much easier to find their way around MAC’s digital ecosystem — everything is finally in one place. The custom icons we created quickly became visual landmarks, helping them recognize each tool at a glance and move through the apps with confidence. Many described the new experience as intuitive and time-saving in their daily teaching work.

The project was delivered on time and according to plan. Communication was handled with great care — through in-person meetings, video calls, phone conversations, and email — ensuring that everyone stayed aligned throughout the process. TeddyGraphics has been delivering UX and UI for our following device setups: PAX A920, PAX A920Pro, PAX A80, PAX A50, PAX IM30, PAX S920, Ingenico Self/2000, Ingenico Self/4000, and each of the payment terminals we’ve had a chunk of deliverables in Zeplin dedicated to each feature of each terminal. All nicely organised and shared with our development department.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The solutions provided are always of the highest quality and each element is thought out with attention to detail. The contact with TeddyGraphics is very good and we know that we can rely on them if necessary.

We do not know what the management was inside of TeddyGraphics at that time, but Piotr was our main contact and we have been communicating through emails and within Zeplin. Sometimes when necessary Piotr was hopping onto calls with us to quickly tackle things we couldn’t solve with just emails.

We are sure that by ordering something TeddyGraphics we will receive a solution of the highest quality, innovative and on time. Sometimes they are ahead of our minds.

i am a self employed building contractor,quiet fresh started , but proudly delivering best for my clients, since the day one of my work. Specialized in painting services, where finishes and work details are highly expected, where painting, as a final stage of every construction project, seem to be the most appriciated by investors and all.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

one of my business project, just been next to "Teddy's headquarter",where we have become knowing each other ever since the day i start that work. One day, I came with drawn logotype and company details of mine, asking for professional opinion, as my business expends, and demands an visual recognition.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

The TeddyGraphics team expanded my concept so much, where i didnt even ask for, from the beginning, that I finally have a set of materials for visual and marketing communication prepared.I saw the finished project after three days of their work. The effect was above my expectations. My initial proposal has been greatly developed. I had the comfort of choosing from two cool-projects. It was hard to choose because both projects were very good and each had its own distinct personality.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I have asked the company owner, Piotr, for a quick look and some opinion, as i felt comfortable to ask him for "a favor", in between working hours. Teddy's crew members also been brought to that design of mine, or at least one of them designers, Łukasz, done some grate work,thanks man.....And like.....all of them are very friendly, all along, every single day, amazing team, true.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Logotype, business cards, thinking of t- shirts,caps, some useful tuff, i am not sure of it yet, all just ahead of me, i have it ready to use it, being satisfy with that.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Everything took place in an atmosphere as if I had known them forever. My concepts were analyzed by designers, and they delivered cool designs for me to choose from.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Well....everyone knows what they do, professionalism, their cooperative level, easygoing along with known responsibilities, within that graphic studio, you have it all, what else.....mental comfort ability, and great, fresh grind coffee, for in door customers... so cool.

Yes, on time and with quality. They are available also quite easily, I remembered that we worked with Piotr during the week end and early in the morning. They strive to get things done, in the event sector this is important.

My company provides payment terminals for French market (POS). I am responsible of the R&D team - R&D director.

For what projects/services did your company hire TeddyGraphics, and what were your goals?

We wanted to develop the payment application for French market on android payment terminals. The goal is to sell Android terminals in France (in competition to Ingenico)

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Novelpay is our main shareholder and Novelpay was already working with Teddy Graphics. So, we decided to take the same partner.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

The main deliverable are all the UI of the Android applications : animations, screens, icons , look and feel, etc. TG has provided us with several possible designs : 3 or 4 options. We have selected one of them. Then, we have requested some improvements. And TG has proposed a new design which was the one selected at the end.

Also, we have asked some other screens and animations later , as the app had new features added. TG has proposed to use the tool Zeplin which was an efficient tool to reach out goal. Last, TG was very reactive to all our requests.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

The manager Piotr was our main contact. I know that at least one or two other person's have worked but I am not sure how the work was split.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The deliverables were done in time and with a high level of quality. It is difficult to rate them as this is designs , so , it is very subjective. But what we can say is that we are very satisfy with the delivery level , quality and timings.

The project manager was very efficient , clear in his communication. Also he was always ready to propose new designs.

This is a very autonomous company. We can ask for something without going on much details , they are able to manage and reach the target

I think everything was fine, so no.
