Detector Maps is a cross-platform mapping application designed to help gold prospectors explore and identify potential gold-bearing areas using geological and historical datasets. There were a couple of areas where Techtimize could improve to strengthen future projects:

Bug Testing:
Some issues made it into production that could have been caught earlier with more thorough testing. While bugs were usually resolved quickly once reported, a stronger QA process upfront would reduce the need for reactive fixes.
Time Estimation & Delivery:
Task timelines were sometimes underestimated, which made it harder to plan updates and coordinate launches. Better time tracking and clearer progress updates would help manage expectations more effectively.

That said, Techtimize has shown they’re willing to take feedback on board. Their communication and responsiveness have improved over time, and they’ve become more aligned with our priorities as the project has progressed.

Sunndio is a health solution for musculoskeletal pain and lesser injuries. It is based on an automated Diagnosis algorithm, which leads to the three most probable diagnostics. In a future phase we will introduce the next functionalities as: 

• the user will be able to obtain the treatment to the selected diagnostic. Treatments are based on movement and exercise therapies. 
• These exercises will be monitored and controlled by the API integration of a movement tracking AI. (Blaze pose). 

In this context we want to start with the development of an MVP. Built from a relational Database for the diagnosis. This DataBase has already been drafted/protyped on MS Excel. This tool is conceived as a survey, there are three parts. The first part and few fields will gather basic personal information. The second part is aimed to gather the pain Location and Definition The third part is a group of “yes/no” questions to sharpen the probability and help define the diagnosis. 

Finally we will show the user a short description and most common symptoms of the diagnosis. The Job: We needed a responsive Wep/app development under NODE JS and a REACT front end. It is conceived as a Freemium webapp that allows users to identify/receive a real-time diagnosis of possible musculoskeletal injuries.
