What specific goals or objectives did you hire Techtaru Digital to accomplish for IHQA, especially considering your focus on laboratory software solutions?

We needed help digitizing the external quality assessment (EQA) for pathology laboratories. EQAS play a critical role in helping pathology laboratories maintain the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of diagnostic test results. However, managing EQAS programs across multiple laboratories can involve complex workflows — from configuring programs and analytes to collecting participant results, performing statistical evaluations, identifying outliers, and generating detailed reports.

Techtaru Digital developed a comprehensive external quality assurance system that brings EQAS program management, participant management, result submission, statistical evaluation, reporting, and performance tracking into one platform. The platform supports customizable configurations for different laboratory requirements, test categories, and analytes.

Techtaru Digital's platform has helped us manage multiple laboratories and participants, configure different EQAS programs and packages, handle multiple analytes and testing parameters, collect participant results efficiently, perform repetitive statistical calculations, identify abnormal or outlier results, compare laboratory performance against reference and peer results, prepare detailed quality assessment reports, track laboratory performance across multiple testing cycles, and support both unimodal and multimodal evaluation requirements.Overall, the platform has helped us reduce manual work by 70% — only 30% of our work is done manually now.
