We hired Techspawn to implement Odoo with our wholesale divisions operations. They were hired to so multiple things, like onboarding, custom software implementation, and consultation. The first key deliverable was simply excel file importation.They never completed it and so we did not receive anything from them.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

There were absolutely no measureable outcomes, we were scammed. They took multiple months, back and forth between us and them, with them promising the excel file importation worked and then with us testing it, seeing it does not work, and letting them know. They are not professional, they are scammers.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

They did not deliver anything, let alone deliver anything on time. They failed to complete and deliver their first task, not even the first milestone, the first task. They would always assure me things would be fixed but it was back and forth for months with no end in sight.

There was absolutely nothing impressive about their company.

Literally everything, they are not professionals, they should not be on this website with such high ratings, this website is part of the reason we hired them, as such I feel this is total and complete false advertising.
