 I'm the global head of engineering for a company that provides industry-specific autonomous AI workforces that automate end-to-end business workflows using intelligent agents and execution-layer infrastructure.  We needed help architecting a secure, scalable, and cost-effective AI/ML pipeline on GCP and deploying our proprietary models.

What was the scope of their involvement?

 Techsense Developers has configured a CI/CD pipeline, created cloud environments, set up services, and migrated from Cloud Run to GKE. The team has also trained our team via knowledge transfer and helped us get SOC 2, HIPAA, and GDPR compliance. Additionally, they've helped us migrate from a Node.js-based stack to a Python microservices stack using Langfuse and gRPC for inter-service communication.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

 Techsense Developers delivers assigned deliverables each week. The first and most important result is the improved industry-standard architecture. The team has also created organized and isolated environments and pipelines. Before Techsense Developers came in, we used to run dev, prod, and staging on the same GCP project. The team has improved that, which has helped us get compliant. We've noticed improved model performance. Our central node used to take up to 45 seconds to start processing requests, and Techsense Developers has reduced it to nine seconds.

How did Techsense Developers perform from a project management standpoint?

 Techsense Developers delivers on time. The team has helped us improve our internal project management scope by recommending we have SOPs for each project. They've also introduced RACI. We communicate via WhatsApp, Slack, and email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

 I wish their team was in the same office location as we are, but we collaborate remotely.
