We are a tech start-up building a custom solution for a niche within logistics. The solution was very complex and required a number of web and mobile applications to be developed. The challenge we had is that our industry was a sub-set of logistics which was not very well known and required a very deep knowledge transfer in order to build the solution. In addition there were a lot of independent mobile and web applications that needed to be built for the solution with complex flows.

Based on a referral from another start-up we engaged with Technostacks to scope and build the product. Discovery, design and build using industry standard tools. They were also able to provide advice on technologies to be used and optimal server architecture.

The core team included the team leaders from each function including mobile, front-end/backend and a highly skilled project manager/architect. These individuals were very experienced, smart and proficient and delivering complex technical solutions.

Requirements were understood well and translated into the design and build phases. There was best practice in terms of project managing the build according to milestones and timelines.

The project management was great, with in depth discovery calls at the start of the project and enhancements. On an ongoing basis there were regular weekly calls to discuss progress and a chat platform to quickly discuss feedback outside of the regular calls.

The project milestones were always delivered on time according to the project plan or where necessary delays were communicated with an updated timeline accordingly. Industry standard project management tools were used which made for great communication in addition to the calls, meetings and chat.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Direct access to the owner, business heads and team leads was really impressive together with their very vast and broad knowledge gained from working on varied and complex projects in different industries/companies from across the globe.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Like any project or company there were opportunities to improve and grow. Based on feedback during my project the management took active steps to address this for a better experience and project outcome.

I selected Technostacks from research and recommendations via linkedin. I engaged with their business development team and assessed them thoroughly with my criteria and they met all of them gracefully.

My deciding factors were reliability, transparency / clarity, communication standard and punctuality. At first you cross your fingers and you are never sure about the punctuality and consistency in their service, but then as we engaged in more projects it was very clear they were the real deal.

Due to confidentiality clauses for my organization and its clients, I am unable to disclose alot of what we have done. But I would also like to take this opportunity to then indicate the level of discreteness that Technostacks works with.

So anyone trying to engage in HIGHLY confidential and discrete scopes with Technostacks can be rest assured they will give you the peace of mind you so desire. To mention some of the vague scopes, like dynamic gateway structure due to negotiations between parties, realtime interactive between banks and financial institutions etc.

I am unaware how many developers alternated in the background on our projects, but I dealt with 4 team members directly, one of which was the director / CEO, lead developer, another director & business development manager

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

All I can say is expectations were highly met. Coming from someone with 12 years experience as a software developer myself to running my own firm I have come in contact with hundreds of technical teams and clients to be able to identify quality.

Anyone can use mainstream communication tools designed for use cases, but I am most impressed when a technical team is ready to be flexible and adapt to their customers preference.

Basecamp was the project management tool on deck, however due to the efficiency and promptness of Technostacks pretty much any platform worked. It was a very diverse structure, even down to whatsapp and in figma comments / prototype navigations.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Punctuality / promptness, reliability and consistency. Taking my personal sentiment into this review, I am a Taurus therefore nothing is more important to me than reliability and consistency in quality.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Everyone has areas they can improve. Where I would suggest for Technostacks, is to have a more salesmanship approach to their communication. Right now they are sitting at 75% Cognitive / technical communication approach and 25% emotional approach.

I would like to see 60% technical and 40% emotions. I think this will open the doors to much more for them, especially those with not enough technical background like myself.

The company utilized an IPTV/OTT Middleware platform that used several proprietary technologies, which did not always work well together but got the job done. We have worked with Technostacks on many projects after an initial recommendation which made years ago. Our projects are often with startups that have limited budgets but must compete in high-level well-funded industries.

Technostacks dev team developed and integrated a frictionless and future proof e-commerce solution that tied into the pre-existing custom OTT backend system. We started with a discovery phase, to align our business objectives with the technical approaches to meet that end.

The comps and wireframes preceded the production which ensured that everyone could understand the user journey. After 3-week sprints, our functional versions were tested, revised and live a few days later. The feedback and suggestions from the entire dev team where priceless, they allowed us to reach a resolution that exceeded our expectations and we are forever grateful.

Our core collective team included six individuals, with a specialized developer or designer committing a day or two of work when needed. From concept to completion Technostacks Project Manager worked closely with our team lead to ensure that everything stayed on track.

This OTT project has allowed our business to demonstrate a capacity to deliver creative digital solutions to an emerging industry serving customers around the world.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

We communicated primarily via Skype and occasionally email, with file sharing via GitHub and FTP. As always, Project management was excellent and comforting.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Beyond their broad design and development knowledge base. I am most impressed by their general problem-solving skills and capacity to articulate complex solutions and approaches in ways that resonate across managerial and technical boundaries.

Are there any areas for improvement?

So far I see little room for improvement. As our teams work on more projects together, the experience becomes even more streamlined. For creative teams looking to collaborate with Technostacks, I would recommend thinking through the interactive details of your project as much as possible so as to improve your production timeline.

Either way, Technostacks will get you where you need to go, but you can certainly help by crystalizing as much as possible beforehand.

This company had actually reached out to me while I was reaching out to connect with other developers on different platforms. After a fiasco of working with project managers and a developer company out of Iran, where I will never go for any development projects ever again.

TechnoStacks took over as a Project Manager and then the project as a whole. They had actually come out to Australia as they work globally with multiple kinds of Industries and Manufactures.

Our initial meeting went very well and the managing Directors of Techno Stacks are all Stand up guys. I was able to travel to their head quarters and meet the rest of the team. From top to bottom these guys are top notch. I would only recommend two of the over 50 companies I've interviewed for this project and TechnoStacks comes in First.

The Project requires services, features, UI and UX design that could be applied to business as a CRM. The development required a team that could develop and create a detailed yet simple structure that would work easily for our users.

At first we started out with a Project Manager who along with many projects under his belt has and always is available to discuss any issue that may arrive and advise on them efficiently. My current team is comprised of about 4 developers and Q.A. legend and a Top Tier Project Manager.

UI / UX has been very impressive.

It has been easily manageable to communicate and send objectives to complete for the software. Its been great and successful.

I found that that this company is well-communicated, trustworthy, and unbelievably talented. They're just a great bunch of guys to work with.

hmm.. hard to say. Even their coffee is pretty darn good. They're going to be the standard... seriously, give them a call to find out.

The implementation process of the software started in 2015. We hired three companies before Technostacks. We experienced great disappointment and lost a lot of money while working with these other vendors.

As mentioned, our company came up with the concept. However, we didn’t have the technical skills to deliver the software. We did have a failed version of the product which we managed to retrieve from the previous contractor.

Infostack took the failed product, analyzed it, and provided us with a better solution. They rebuilt the module and completed the first version within the given timeframe.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

This project is ongoing, and we have not yet used the product for commercial purposes. Therefore, I’m unable to comment on the impact. However, we expect to save 30% on labor cost when the software is fully ready for commercial purposes.

As Technostacks was the fourth company that we’d decided to work with, we were very aggressive with the project timeline. We were surprised and impressed when they delivered a working module within the timeline.

Communication played a big role in this project because it was so technical, and Hansal was always responsive. He was also very transparent and honest. Whenever there were issues with the software, and the developers needed more time to solve them, Hansal was upfront and let us know so that we didn’t waste time with unreasonable expectations.

Technostacks Infotech Pvt Ltd was hired to create the first module that I needed for our app. They did such a good job that we continued to work with them to complete the entire application.

What were your goals for this project?

I wanted to create a simple app, with a simple and usable interface that would allow users to connect very quickly without a lot of login and signup bureaucracy. The focus was on creating an iPhone app with the look and feel of the best iPhone applications, responding to haptic commands that iPhone users are used to.

How did you select this vendor?

I put out a bid for the job and interviewed over 30 firms selected from respondents. After the first round of interviews, I cut the list to six firms and then did a more extended interview with each of them. I was interested in finding a company that had experience using a particular framework that was the cornerstone of the app design. I also asked a lot of questions about their work style.

I had diagrammed the workflow of the app, and also collected a number of open source libraries that I wanted to use. There were three distinct modules that Technostacks Infotech Pvt Ltd needed to create and stitch together. I wrote extensive milestone definitions for each phase of the project, and in some cases had to throw some work away and go in a different direction. I reviewed builds in documents and video as Technostacks Infotech Pvt Ltd created them.

Programming was done by Technostacks Infotech Pvt Ltd. I architected the app and managed the project along with their team. This project did not require a large team but did require meticulous attention to detail and real creativity by everyone involved.

A critical process in the app that took 60 seconds to complete in the first builds now takes three seconds. That incredible improvement came from the design and execution of a number of interacting subsystems. The outcome of the project is a beautiful, functional, and fast-moving experience.

I had a great experience working with Hansal (Managing Director, Technostacks Infotech Pvt Ltd), and the team. I'm involved in my projects on a day-to-day basis, and I like working with Technostacks Infotech Pvt Ltd because they are very responsive to my frequent messages and collaboration style.

The work Technostacks Infotech Pvt Ltd has done for me has not been simple. It's way beyond templated applications with some customization. They have done innovative work and solved major engineering issues to complete the vision of the mobile app. I've had a very good experience with Technostacks Infotech Pvt Ltd and would hire them again.

I found them to be an excellent firm to work with. As developers, we are all obsessed with getting things done fast. Even though that might be an area for improvement, I actually was satisfied with the execution speed, and some delays were because of my technical obsessive compulsiveness.

The goal was to create a low-cost field service app for service shops with 1–6 service techs, a niche that no one is now targeting for a price that is affordable by small shops.

How did you select this vendor?

I found them through a Google search and interviewed them via Skype.

They took a skeleton sketch outline from me that only listed the requirements and filled it in. Technostacks Infotech Pvt Ltd created a database backend that works with many platforms then created a frontend UI that the average technician with little education could use on mobile phones, tablets, and other iOS/Android platforms. 

Their team worked with me to remove glitches that were only discovered after weeks of use in the field at no charge. The bottom line is: they took on the responsibility of doing this project in an honest, upright manner. In the end, this was not a simple project, and they adjusted as needed.

What was the team composition?

Hansal Shah (Co-Founder & Managing Director, Technostacks Infotech Pvt Ltd) was my main contact and has been very excellent to work with. Then, there were the back- and frontend teams, which was an excellent combo.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Completion of this project has allowed ServiceProg to fill a need in the field service industry that is not currently available anywhere else with the same features. The app is now on Google Play as well as The App Store and is doing great.

The app is just now breaking even and paying for its own advertising with Google Ads and Apple. In using this software, it has paid for itself in just accounts receivable recovery, not counting the hours saved on duplicate data entry, billing, scheduling, and more.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Project management was overseen by one person who helped coordinate communications, which worked really well. They delivered at a price that I, as a sole proprietor, I could afford. 

The back and forth was excellent. There were some bumps where I did not get my ideas across due to the unusual nature of the app.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I was impressed with their values, honesty, communication, clarity, and willingness to change components when I was on the wrong track. Most impressive was the responsiveness of the contact person.

The only roadblock I ran into was my own ability to communicate what I wanted to the managing director. Overall, I could not have asked for a better experience. It was way higher than my expectations.
