What was the scope of their involvement?

Technology Architects delivered the complete web application together with all the relevant details and required documentation. The app contained login modules and complete modules related to two major user groups: early adopters and startups. It also had features related to capturing user reviews and ratings.

What is the team composition?

We worked with approximately five teammates from Technology Architects.

We found Technology Architects through a referral. They were highly recommended by my contact.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from September 2024–April 2025.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Technology Architects’ support was beneficial even after the engagement ended. They were very clear in their communication and flexible when it came to making minor changes even after the final delivery of the MVP version of our web application. The biggest impact of their work was that we were ready to market our services and apply for investor funding.

How did Technology Architects perform from a project management standpoint?

Technology Architects’ project management was amazing. They delivered on time and responded well to our needs. We communicated via virtual calls and video meetings on Microsoft Teams, as well as phone calls and messaging.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Technology Architects’ professionalism and attention to detail were impressive.

Are there any areas they could improve?

The project was inherently complex, but they could improve post-implementation documentation.
