For what projects/services did your company hire Techno-Pie?

We hired Techno-pie for our website development but now after finishing their project we have decided to also work with them for our SEO.

What were your goals for this project?

A WordPress website with simple Design to exhibit our products to our clients and also letting buyers find out about what products we sell.

One of our colleagues introduced them to us.

Actually, we wanted to make a website for our shop and one of our colleagues introduced them to us and told us they provide perfect website development services with good price and I contacted them through WhatsApp and we agreed to give the project to them. I was in contact with their WordPress development team. First I sent them our needed pages and list of products. after having a conversation with their team we decided on design needed, on the next step we sent our content and photos. after finishing the website we reviewed pages and after having some changes again they started to add info and after that the website was completed and was exactly what we wanted.

What was the team composition?

Their development team composition was made up of 3 teammates. one of them was their customer service head whom I was in contact with most of the time. the other member was the developer and the other one was consulter and head of the team. head of the team was consulter who was giving us consults about in which cases the website would become better and more user-friendly.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The website has been recently finished and after finishing it has become easier for us to show our products to our clients.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Their team had a head for consulting and management and was giving me consults to have a better project and also it was so efficient and we had no problem or delay while working and the only delay was from our side for making content.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their perfect contact service stood out to us. The teammate who was responsible for contacting us was always available and their behavior was so kind. The most impressive point was that after finishing the project The CEO himself called me and asked me about our satisfaction with the project and their team. They also surprised us with 15% discount coupon for our next project.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Actually, they fulfilled our needs and everything was OK and even if we had forgotten something they were informing us that it would be better to add ... too. But the only point is that it would be better if they had on website payment too.

I hired Techno-pie For re-development of my website, How ever It's owner had developed it for my on 2015 on his own.

I Wanted to have a modern website to show my photo shoots.

It's founder had developed my website at first about 5 years ago.

I wanted a website for my own photo studio in order to exhibit my shots, hence they provided a WordPress web development service for me including some pages about me and my photo galeries.

The team was made of a developer, an UX advisor and a graphic designer. one of the pluses was that the CEO contacted me by himself and asked me about my satisfaction of project and group.

Yes, of course. My website was developed with best designs which were world-class and it has helped me to find new costumers.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The web developer himself was project manager and it really helped us to reach our goal as soon as possible.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their energetic and agile team impressed me, and also followup of their CEO on my satisfaction of project and team.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Maybe if they had centralized team, it might help us to make connection inperson, not only on web.
