Techmates came, analyze the whole project. The processes from the very beggining, pointed out some pain points. The project was not saved immediately, but together we were able to build trust with the client, settle relations, and we are now gradually completing the project.

The client was able to appreciate that we had moved to a slightly different level and thanks to the fact that we joined forces, we became a great team that was able to regularly present the progress we had made every week. The client finally got a tangible testing environment in which he is now testing and trying out new features
