I would say the big list of our requirements were met by them with high efficiency.

Delivering components as promised is the key factor that Techmango is upfront of others in this industry. I was completely impressed with the technical strength they have and maintaining the commitments as per the schedule.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Teleconferencing is the mode of interaction with the team and never had any discomfort over the discussions. The project manager who handles our project is such a knowledgeable person and was very flexible in obtaining and delivering our requirements.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Commitment is their key factor for success. They have technically strong resources on various platforms.

Are there any areas for improvement?

They are the best. I wish them to grow to more height and feel to work with them with my upcoming projects as well.

Initially, we approached techmango for UX design. They delivered the best designs. We were impressed with their dedication and hard work. Then they said they have a dedicated development team for web development as well, so without any hesitation, we just choose them for our website development.

As I mentioned already from wire-frame design to deployment we have given to Techmango. They completely take care of our project and delivered a great output. Their work included:

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

As everyone knows the E-commerce website development is not an easy job. Planning of the site itself taking more than 2 months from our end. but the Techmango team handled the difficulties with very professional and deliver the project before the deadline. I really wonder how this team had excellent technical knowledge to do any kind of difficult task. I came to know that they hire experts in each technology which produces an awesome result.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

I used to discuss with the team on a daily basis. we use Skype for communication and Trello for project management. The project manager was my point of contact. He used to share the updates daily. We always share the requirement through the mail so that they have a track to follow.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They were highly capable of doing any kind of difficult task. I really impressed with their dedication. Sometimes they work for us more than 12 hours to finish the task.

A great company with no drawbacks.

Having Techmango created an impact of confidence in delivery and helped make sure engineering had no missing gaps. The Team at Techmango would go above and beyond to make sure they delivered.

We had one resource on TechMango side helping manage.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Techmango's ability to adapt and make sure the right resources are there to help. At the end of the day, they just want to make sure their clients are successful.

Not a whole lot, but more collaboration when finding new resources that are more specialized and take more time.

I’m an associate professor of pediatrics at the University of Minnesota. I’m involved in faculty development, which includes topics like how to succeed in academic scholarship, as well as continuing education courses for pediatricians.

What challenge were you trying to address with Techmango Technology Services Private Limited?

I’d done some research on game-based learning in order to find new ways to encourage faculty and trainees to engage in academic scholarship. We wanted to create a game-based platform that would break down people’s hesitance to share their work by allowing them to view each other’s research in real time. Techmango Technology Services helped us build this platform and a website for it.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They built a mobile-optimized web platform with password protection where users could log their scholarship accomplishments. The site is designed to score every type of academic research users share, with increasingly high scores for items that require more productivity, like presentations or full manuscripts. There’s also a searchable leaderboard for all participants that translates user scores into tickets for a raffle system with cash prizes twice per year.

In terms of the site design, I provided the logo, and their team handled all the coding and layout choices. They also set up a test version of the site for me prior to making the platform go live.

What is the team composition?

We had a project manager and two developers.

How did you come to work with Techmango Technology Services  Private Limited? 

We didn’t get to choose, initially. They were paired with us by someone from the university who was handling our grant. That said, we did choose to keep working with them after the initial project was completed.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in January 2018 and they still regularly assist us with upgrades.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They had the right skills to deliver what we wanted and they did it successfully. We’ve already rolled the platform out with faculty and residents at our university and several other institutions have published peer-reviewed articles on the project.

They’re responsive. Anytime we made tweaks to a new iteration of the project, they’d implement them right away.
