Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m a senior product architect at an advertising and marketing company. We help creators launch new products by providing expert guidance and proprietary software for product development, crowdfunding, manufacturing, and fulfillment.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Techlio?

We hired Techlio to turn our pre-launch process into software. Every campaign’s landing pages, $1 reservation checkouts, and email flows were being built by hand across separate tools. That slowed launches down and capped how many creators our team could serve.Our main goals were to build a self-serve platform where creators could set up reservation pages and funnels on their own domains without writing code. We also wanted to bring reservations, cost per lead, and traffic sources into one dashboard so we could predict launch revenue and see which ads and pages were working.Additionally, we wanted to let payments and emails go straight to creators’ own processors and platforms instead of through us. Finally, we wanted to speed up audience building and ad and page copywriting with AI since that work was taking up a lot of our strategists’ time.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Techlio has handled the design-to-deployment development of LaunchKit, our pre-launch platform, and has maintained and extended it over the past three years. Their team of two full-stack developers and a QA engineer works with Laravel, React, Node.js, and MySQL, hosted on DigitalOcean with Laravel Forge.The main deliverables have been a page and funnel builder, a drag-and-drop builder for reservation pages and $1 checkouts that runs on each creator’s domain. This way, a full pre-launch funnel can go live without code. The team has also delivered analytics and A/B testing, a dashboard tracking reservations, cost per lead, and revenue predictions, plus a custom link builder for traffic sources and real-time page variant testing.Moreover, Techlio has delivered direct-to-creator integrations, connections to creators’ own payment processors, email platforms, and Meta ad accounts, including pre-built audience segments. The team has also delivered AI copywriting, a tool that generates ad and landing page copy in several styles in minutes. Finally, Techlio has built and maintained our marketing site.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

the platform has powered $200 million in presales for 1,000+ creators, with 10,000+ pages built on it. That includes launches like The Crooked Moon ($4.0 million), Mirror Hotels ($1.7 million), and Ring One ($1.7 million). It’s now part of every program.Funnels that our team used to build by hand for every campaign are now self-serve, so creators can launch a full pre-launch funnel on their own domain without waiting on us. That’s what has let us scale to 1,000+ creators and 10,000+ pages. AI copywriting has turned hours of strategist writing into minutes, and the dashboard has replaced manual reporting across separate tools.

How did Techlio perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve been very well organized. We work in regular sprints with clear communication and quick responses, even during live launches. Techlio has consistently delivered on time over three years, and they flag any risks early so there are no surprises.

What did you find most impressive about them?
