I’m the operations manager at Travel Kingdom. We help our clients with their trips to different cities. For example, if a family wants to go on a trip, they can send us their queries, and we’ll provide them with the best possible packages based on their needs.

We needed help with web development and design.

What was the scope of their involvement?
We initially had a call with Techgropse’s salesperson and then got connected with their business analyst. We provided them with a basic outline of our requirements, and they came back to us with a proposal describing how the user flows and journeys worked and how we could improve the UX in terms of features. After we signed the proposal, we started the wireframing process, during which they provided us with a basic sketch of the website. Once we confirmed it, they initiated the design process. After we finalized the designs, we moved on to the development phase. This phase took about 3–4 months and included bug fixing and resolving any issues we raised. Once everything was sorted, we launched the website. They built the site using the MERN stack.
Techgropse currently provides us with maintenance and technical support, which will last until January 2025.
What is the team composition?
I work with 10–12 people from Techgropse. During the initial phases of the project, I worked with their CEO, CTO, and a business analyst. I’ve also connected with their project manager, whom I continue to work with regularly.
