Their scope included Azure infrastructure design and IaC (Terraform), CI/CD setup and improvements, observability/alerts, plus hands-on data engineering: ETL/ELT pipelines, data quality checks, and performance tuning. They also supported architecture decisions and helped us unblock critical milestones during peak delivery periods.
