The project focused on building and scaling a data platform for one of our client engagements. In the initial stage, Techbar’s team helped us design the architecture and define the data pipeline strategy. The final stage involved stabilizing the platform, improving performance, and preparing the system for production use.

Techbar joined as an extension of our team to deliver cloud and data-heavy parts of a client product. Their scope included Azure infrastructure design and IaC (Terraform), CI/CD setup and improvements, observability/alerts, plus hands-on data engineering: ETL/ELT pipelines, data quality checks, and performance tuning. They also supported architecture decisions and helped us unblock critical milestones during peak delivery periods.

The key deliverables were completed on schedule, which allowed us to meet the client roadmap without delays. In the months that followed, Techbar continued to support the project as we rolled out several additional modules and improvements. User feedback has been consistently positive, and the platform is stable and ready for further feature expansion.

Their ability to onboard fast and own complex areas was impressive. The engineers combined deep Azure/DevOps knowledge with a pragmatic approach to delivery, and they were genuinely focused on outcomes, not just tasks.

Overall everything was strong. The only minor improvement could be even more proactive sharing of upcoming availability/holiday schedules a bit earlier, but it never created real issues.
