Their scope included Azure infrastructure design and IaC (Terraform), CI/CD setup and improvements, observability/alerts, plus hands-on data engineering: ETL/ELT pipelines, data quality checks, and performance tuning. They also supported architecture decisions and helped us unblock critical milestones during peak delivery periods.

The key deliverables were completed on schedule, which allowed us to meet the client roadmap without delays.
