What specific goals or objectives did you hire Techbar to accomplish?

• We engaged Techbar to strengthen our delivery capacity for an enterprise client: set up and stabilize cloud infrastructure on Azure, accelerate data engineering workstreams, and support several high-priority product modules with senior expertise. The key objective was to speed up delivery without compromising quality while keeping the processes aligned with our internal standards.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Techbar joined as an extension of our team to deliver cloud and data-heavy parts of a client product. Their scope included Azure infrastructure design and IaC (Terraform), CI/CD setup and improvements, observability/alerts, plus hands-on data engineering: ETL/ELT pipelines, data quality checks, and performance tuning. They also supported architecture decisions and helped us unblock critical milestones during peak delivery periods.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The key deliverables were completed on schedule, which allowed us to meet the client roadmap without delays. In the months that followed, Techbar continued to support the project as we rolled out several additional modules and improvements. User feedback has been consistently positive, and the platform is stable and ready for further feature expansion.

Techbar worked in a very structured way: clear estimates, weekly syncs, proactive risk flags, and quick turnaround on feedback. They consistently met deadlines, adapted well when priorities shifted, and kept communication transparent and calm even under time pressure.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their ability to onboard fast and own complex areas was impressive. The engineers combined deep Azure/DevOps knowledge with a pragmatic approach to delivery, and they were genuinely focused on outcomes, not just tasks.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Techbar could have done differently?

Overall everything was strong. The only minor improvement could be even more proactive sharing of upcoming availability/holiday schedules a bit earlier, but it never created real issues.
