For what projects/services did your company hire TechAID Solutions?

We developed a scratch-off game that needed load testing to advance the number of concurrent players. TechAID Solutions dedicated a team of IT professionals to evaluate the software and servers, report back their findings.

They managed and implemented the installation of new dedicated servers and setup. Their recommendations and improvements increased concurrent game players by seven-fold which was amazing.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

They were a referral from an international software client who has been using TechAID Solutions for years.

1. Evaluated and tested each step of the software and pointed out weak areas.
2. Evaluated the servers, and pinpointed areas that needed improvement.
3. They set up totally new servers and their team or developers managed our team of developers to put everything in place.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They worked straight through the weekend and literally around the clock to meet our Tuesday morning deadline for 69,000 concurrent players uses our game at an event. There was not one glitch, and everything ran 100% smoothly for the event, and every day since. They did an amazing job, were easy to work with, and total professionals. I highly recommend them to everyone.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

They were extremely effective. Our team dropped the ball a bit and TechAID management stepped in and straightened things out like true professionals and forged ahead without blinking an eye.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We were impressed by their team spirit, dedication, and professionalism, and to do the job right the first time. They are very analytical and excellent at IT problem-solving.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There were no areas for improvement or things done differently from my experience with everyone I worked with at TechAID Solutions. They were one of the most professional organizations I have ever dealt with. We look for to working with them on our software and our clients software and website projects.

Web development. We wanted to creat a concise yet good looking and practical website. Also, integrated to our social channels and be able to collect clients info for future bookings.

We did a briefing of our expectations and they suggest some options. We meet thru video call and the work with their team and ours was very synchronized

After the website was finished we have had an increase of 50% off the concierge business. On the other hand the visits thru social media have started to Kick off as well.

We communicated mainly with the marketing manager, we coordinated the process of sharing some content both ways since we had some media and the edited for us. We would have share drives in order to share and approve material.
