I am the Project Manager of QTS Australia in Vietnam, headquartered in Queensland, Australia. We provide to learners in Vietnam international standard education programs through Blended Learning training method.

For what projects/services did your company hire Tech Town, and what were your goals?

We hired Tech Town for the QTS website development project. We want to have an informational website for marketing, this website can direct learners to our LMS to study. We also want to integrate several other technologies into the website such as CMS for the marketing department to easily perform their work, CRM for sales and learners management, and AI to filter the learning content for each student.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We got to know Tech Town through a partner. We choose them because of their reasonable price, dedicated attitude, quick work exchange, and partly the trust in technology companies in Vietnam.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

- The website has a beautiful and user-friendly interface, linking with LMS to help learners access learning faster, smooth and intuitive tasks for easy customization of the marketing team. - The CMS system works well with functions such as creating content, storing, editing, sharing and transmitting, managing and decentralizing users.

The CRM system has integrated many important features such as managing and securing student data, controlling the customer care situation of the sales team, information of former students for easy remarketing. Integrated AI content screening system helps bring necessary information to each student. Allow them to tailor the learning content to their desires and interests. - All products work smoothly and efficiently.

- Tech Town manages projects according to Agile and Scrum models. - Communication via: Telegram, Skype, and Whatsapp. Code uploaded to Github, Heroku - Timeliness: Tech Town always responds within 1-2 hours.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Products are always completed and delivered on time or earlier than expected.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There are still some minor bugs left in testing.
