I had a requirement for a web-based system for managing my leads, orders, invoices and a mobile application to get the details of work done by my team. We had a kick-off meeting to discuss our goals and objectives. From there, the team delivered mock-ups and wireframes for my web-based application and mobile app.

After a few iterations, their team designed and developed a complete web-based solution to manage all my leads, invoices, and orders. They helped with detailed documentation to manage my system in the future.

We are using the system developed by Oneness and this system has helped us to manage all the leads, generate invoices, managing all the orders.

We had daily stand-ups with their project manager, who communicated with the rest of the team. If there were any delays, they let us know ahead of time so that we could prepare. We used Slack to coordinate and Github to manage the codebase, and they worked well with our team.

The SOP was to match and surpass our competitor websites and make our platform meet the gap which was missing. We identified the gaps, created objectives, and met them. The design team understood our requirements and the job became easier. The website is a mirror image of what we wanted.

We searched online for web developers who can be a good fit for us. After several meetings with Onenss we understood they have very good understanding of the requirement and their approach towards the project is perfect

We had few initial meetings to explain the requirements, After that Oneness started with the Mock-up designing. After the approval they started developing our website in Laravel and MySQL.

A project manager was our main point of contact throughout the process. There were also 2 developers, 1 UI designer, and a tester working behind the scenes.

Customers loved the updated design and the website is very user friendly. The backend which they have developed is also good through which all our operations are being managed.

We had in-person and zoom meetings with the Oneness team. We used slack for communication and ClickUp tool for managing the tasks.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They have a lot of experience making ecommerce websites. Initially their team had few rounds of discussions in which they asked me all the questions related to the product and service and what was I expecting from the website and them. They had delivered it the way I wanted the website to be.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The pics which were uploaded on the website of the products were bulky which were making the website slow. However when my Digital marketing team pointed that, they quickly changed everything. Overall the experience was great.

The company is a Kolkata based SME which functions in the field of food and beverages industry. They also have strong footprint in the fields of hotels and hospitality. As a CTO of the organization, I am responsible for managing the IT infrastructure and developing new digital assets.

We wanted to develop an online aggregator for bars, restaurants and eateries who are selling online liquors. So Oneness Techs was responsible for developing this engine, web-based back-end and mobile app for consumers. Our goal was to develop a platform which will allows pre reservation of Food & Drinks upto 72 hours in advance, and that also at the prevailing prices. Much like, how one pre books a Airline ticket or Hotel room in advance at a lower price.

We went to google to find few local agencies. After taking several quotes we came to a decision that their team was most competent for the job. They were transparent about the timing and budget from the very beginning.

The scope was to develop a mobile app for online Aggregator platform service providers for pre-booking of alcoholic liquors by consumers of legal drinking age from licensed partner bars attached to restaurants and hotels and licensed foreign liquor “On” shops.

Scope as follows:

• Custom sign-up with Email followed by OTP confirmation 
• The phone GPS will detect the current location and will display the nearby Bar/restaurant available  

There will be separate panel for outlet where a Particular Bar/Restaurants will be asked to fill a enrolment form with following details: Outlet (Name , address, License upload , Reg. Number ,Category)

User can also book a drink for someone else. There will be option of Order for Someone Else

SMS Integration is something which took time due to the DLT process which was introduced by TRAI.

After launching the site, we have received positive feedback from our customers. They like the overall design and understand the services that we offer.

The project manager and I communicated every day to ensure we launched the website in time. We communicate via Upwork messaging and email. The project manager would usually give me a time frame for each task which I thought was very professional.

They are agile and able to meet our requests every time. The team is very professional and skillful in WordPress. The project manager was very responsible.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Due to difference in time zone, several changes couldn't be made a la minute. However, we managed to resolve this issue by leaving messages before the end of day and take action first thing next day.

We have been looking for a talented and affordable team that can help us achieve and accomplish the results customers and our users looking for. After many evaluations and discussion processes, we decided to work with them.

We had many meetings between tri-party, where we picked out the right team who were engaged and managed the complete project. after the initial requirement gathering, analysis, plan, development. We started working on phase by phase manner which was helpful for us to get deliverables on time and with a shorter deadline. Our deliverables were Android and iOS apps with Web Administration Panel.

After the completion of phase 1 of the project in 3 months of time, we had great feedback from the customer as they started to give a trial run of the app developed to their users. So the rollout was faster and phased manner.

The team was very easy to communicate and been providing us timely updates. We had weekly meetings to understand better we stick to our deadline and proper deliveries. Our feedback were communicated them on weekly meetings and they kept tracking their deadline or provided us ample warming if the deadline wasn't going to be met

Their team, specifically their mobile developer provided the best service which helped us keep our deliveries on time. We received positive customer feedback due to keeping on track of the project. They have been an impressive team to work with.

A comprehensive Status reports on each stage of the project could have been helpful so that we could limit any reworking and misunderstanding

We needed help designing a new website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

First, we came up with a scope of work for our WordPress website. Then, they helped us refine that scope of work, mockups, design, and development. Next, they did all of the programming and training with our team.

What is the team composition?

We worked with 3–5 people from their team.

How did you come to work with Oneness Tech?

We went through 40 resumes and narrowed it down to 10 firms. Then, we shortlisted and interviewed five. Out of the five firms that we interviewed, they had the best understanding of the scope of work and the best communication.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in March 2020, and our work is ongoing.

We’ve had several different marketing firms that we work with tell us that our site is probably the best in our industry.

We have one dedicated project manager and we have regular meetings. We typically meet once a week. During the 6-week period when we were actively deploying the project, we were meeting three times a week. We communicate on a chat platform.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their accountability stands out. We can explain what we want and they’ll get it done. We never have to check up on them or do multiple rounds of iteration.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, nothing comes to mind.

I would just refer them highly. Have a clear scope of work and you’ll be able to effectively leverage them.

Oneness Tech Solutions created a bespoke trailer builder for me. For this project, I passed off the PSD files of the website, and they develop them into a WordPress site.

I found them through Upwork. After shortlisting a few web developers, I discovered Oneness Tech Solutions and even saw that they completed a similar project.

I sent my contact a last-minute message because the motorbike builder he completed looked slick. He was happy to work with us. He was responsive, but not too persistent. The other company I considered seemed a bit too eager.

I spent $1,400 on this project.

This project took place in June 2020.

They turned my designs into a WordPress site with a slick backend. It isn’t live yet because we’re still populating it with content. We’ve seen nothing but positive feedback from the client.

The WordPress backend was better than I imagined. I’ve worked with WordPress in the past for my site, and sometimes there are a lot of workarounds. But the way my contact designed the backend was clever. He made it very simple to use for the client.

There was a bit of back and forth with getting the design exactly how I wanted. I would’ve liked to get it done quicker, but it was a stressful time. I was pregnant and wasn’t getting back to him as well as he was getting back to me.

From my experience with websites, it is important to be extremely clear about exactly what you want. Designers and developers see things differently, so I would have a written technical brief to explain the design further.

Peerless Finance has more than 120+ Deeds/Contracts which will be provided to us in Word Format. The first step of the project is creating these documents in Digital format along with Content Management System. Only the Super admin will have edit permission for these documents. The aim is to create all the deeds dynamic to avoid clerical mistakes and optimize the time required to manually create each document. We are offering a solution using which the administrative staff will be capable of creating these documents with few clicks. The final result will be error-free documents in both printable and digital format. After generating the set of deeds users will be able to get it signed by the loan applicant digitally.

The team oneness did the job Perfectly; The application is now able to generate a digital agreement. The developers are proving great support. Very soon we are planning to implement SMS integration too.

We had regular in-person and virtual meetings with their project management team. In case of any delay, they used to give us advance notice.

Their management has a progressive outlook and followed the best practices in the industry as far as process flow goes.

When we first launched the application there were issues with link expiry time; it was set as 10 minutes initially. We let them know that the requirement is to a minimum of 2 hrs. They worked and it was a quick fix.
