Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We needed to build a website for desktop and mobile devices, fix the current UI and UX of our product, and have ongoing QA. As we had developed an early version of the project, we still wanted to build the working fintech solution before our next steps with investors.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We are in the process of getting private testing of our product to receive feedback. As for the internal team, so far it has been very positive. Our critical focus was simplicity and ease of use and I believe it's something that we worked a lot together with Tech ask and we will be ready to go to full production soon.

I appreciate their communication. We can always discuss everything between us and the development team. They have good team dynamics, and they deliver work quickly. Most valuable is that I can always speak to them honestly regarding working times.

I am the CEO and founder of my company. We provide learning management system software to organizations of all types.

The main purpose was to hire staff augmentation to scale my existing team.

Lora, founder of Tech Ask, reached out to me and after reviewing the candidate they proposed, his skills and experience matched those that I needed.

Most work is building and adjusting plugins for current projects we have. The technology is PHP and the Moodle LMS.

Lora and I first discussed the project scope. Then Lora reviewed the available candidates and found one that possessed the requisite skill set. I interviewed the candidate and engaged him for a trial period. He was a fit for the job and the company culture, and so we hired him.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

All the work on plugins was done correctly and efficiently . My clients are satisfied with the quality of the work and so am I. Lora also checks in frequently to ensure that the resource is meeting our expectations. Her customer service is superlative.

It is very effective. Their company is excellent at communicating clearly and frequently and I am overjoyed with the level of transparency they bring to their efforts.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Tech Ask's communication is superior to other companies with whom I have done business. Their frequent check-in calls and project status updates ensure that I am never chasing them for information. Working with Tech Ask OU is such a pleasure.

So far I do not think there are any areas for improvement. I am quite satisfied with the level of service I am receiving.

We needed to build a website for desktop and mobile devices, build scripts for analyzing product requests, and have ongoing QA. As we had an in-house team, we still wanted to scale it rapidly to keep up with the product roadmap.

As we had several projects before where we worked together with the Tech Ask team, when we started to build our fintech solution, we knew we can rely on additional scaling with their help.

The scope of work included: Frontend part:

• Desktop dashboard UI-KIT library work a lot with charts and perform backend queries whitelisting and Liquidity Bootstrapping Pool animation components

Backend part:

• risk indexer
• data scraping
• script processing the requests
• liquidation parsing and users profiles after liquidation
• Automatic drawing of charts Qa and devops work required during the whole project

Tech Ask as presented us with the candidates matching the role description and we did interviews with selected ones. After the interview we made a decision whether or not we proceed with the candidate.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

We had a few selected private testing of our product to receive their feedback, and so far it has been very positive. The majority agree that it was easy for them to understand the general operation of the platform and many processes were intuitive. This is a very good feedback since the simplicity and ease of use is something that we worked a lot together with Tech ask and we will be ready to go to full production soon.

I am the product owner of several entertainment products in the core companies group. I’m also responsible for selecting outsourcing vendors.

For what projects/services did your company hire Tech Ask OU, and what were your goals?

We needed to build a website for desktop and mobile devices and make it and bring it to production with a new performance level. As we had an in-house team, we still needed to scale it rapidly to keep up with the new deadlines.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We wanted to enable our team with additional forces and I needed a vendor we could trust who valued a great customer experience and high quality development. We also wanted a vendor who treated their engineers with the same level of respect and trust we value. As I previously worked with a technical lead years ago, we knew this team had the most similarity to our company values.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

The first step was to prepare the mvp website version which covers the basic user flows as well as integrating needed third party services (LiveChat, different analytics tools and some tools with debugging) with PWA.

At the beginning the team decided to use this stack:

• Typescript
• React
• Redux
• Saga

The second step (after 5-6 months of work) was to implement SSR rendering of some parts of the site as well as preparing the mobile app version, which is a web view actually, with some native features like Push Notifications, Deep Links etc. Additional tech stack: ⁃ Next ⁃ React Native

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I currently work with a technical lead, who brings core decisions to the product improvement, 3 software developers, and a QA contributor. We’ve scaled up our staffing with them to 8+ resources in the past, including additional software developers.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

So far we continue to be impressed with quick onboarding into our environment and codebase and tight deadlines with outstanding deliverability to production.

We're happy because we've been giving the ability to onboard these team members into our environment the way that works for us. The vendor reaches out frequently to make sure things are going well. They have been more than willing to integrate with our communication tools.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The quality of work in tight deadlines they provide is outstanding. And we’re not talking about MVP but real production for our solutions. We find them a very responsive team.
