As a result, we experienced greater operational efficiency, improved business continuity, and a more flexible infrastructure capable of supporting future expansion.While we didn't track every metric formally, we observed noticeably fewer IT-related interruptions, faster access to business applications, improved reliability, and significantly reduced time spent on system maintenance and backups. We estimate the cloud migration reduced IT management and maintenance efforts by approximately 30%, saving our team around 10–15 hours per month through automated updates, improved system reliability, and streamlined backup and recovery processes. The migration also enabled more efficient remote work and improved overall user satisfaction with our technology environment.

TeamLogicIT provides managed IT services, security oversight, and infrastructure support for PacMin’s hybrid environment, which includes on-premise servers, Microsoft 365 cloud services, and multi-site networking (U.S. and TJ locations). Their responsibilities include maintaining system uptime, supporting end users, managing network and firewall configurations, and assisting with ongoing IT projects and migrations.

Key areas of support include:

• Monitoring and maintenance of servers, endpoints, and network infrastructure
• Administration and support of Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, user access)
• Management of security tools including Sophos endpoint protection and Barracuda firewall/VPN systems
• Troubleshooting connectivity issues (VPN, network shares, remote access)
• Support for ERP (Made2Manage) environment and SQL-related infrastructure as needed
• Vendor coordination and escalation support for critical systems

• Improved remote access and connectivity stability for users via VPN and network configuration updates
• Established progress toward CMMC Level 2 compliance readiness, including security assessment and identification of infrastructure gaps

TeamLogic is a very friendly, no-ego core group of people. Everyone is ready to answer question and customer service has always been top notch. They are able to eexplain complex IT concepts into simple terms, based on your understanding. They are incredibly fast to respond to immediate problems and have yet to leave anything unsolved.

The internet access has not gone down since they took over our IT services and the security of our systems has been vastly enhanced.   They also brought best practices to our firm's IT, which frankly prior to their involvement was bailing wire and bubble gum at best!

Very hands on and responsive.  During the transition from our previous IT vendor, Team Logic was very available and gave us a dedicated Account Executive and had staffers on site as needed.  We continue to have monthly meeting with our Account Executive in order to stay on top of issues and to stay current with new developments.
