We hired Taylor Station Logistics to store and ship orders to our customers for our skin care line. Orders come into our website each day, the TSL team gets notified of the orders through our ShipStation account and they are sent out that same day. We want to always ensure our packaging looks great and our products arrive in a timely manner. We never have to worry about this with their team.

In addition to shipping our eCommerce orders, Taylor Station Logistics also sends our inventory to Amazon, sends products to spas that we work with, and they help with special products for outreach to retailers/spas and to influencers.

There is always great attention to detail with every order and their customer service has been amazing.

Any time a new situation arises, their team is easy to get ahold of and communicate with. They genuinely care about our business and make sure that all aspects are handled properly. Orders are shipped quickly, they arrive to our customers on time, and our team has loved working with their staff.

They are always extremely quick. Everything is sent out on time and they respond extremely quickly (even often on the weekends or after hours). We never have any doubt that what we need to get done, will get done.

They put together our box (including all the items we have chosen and classy packaging paper) and send it off - same or next day depending on what time of day the request is made.

We are excited to be able to go to the next level in communication by sending out promotional packages that include a physical item with our logo. It has definitely been a beneficial added touchpoint that can differentiate us from the competition and generate call backs

Depending on the time of day our requests are made, boxes have been sent out same day or next day. Taylor Station Logistics has been extremely responsive throughout the partnership.

There is a lot of coordination that does into this based on pricing tiers and different monthly gifts. The team at Taylor Station Logistics has been exceptional in not only getting everything shipped out but also strategic guidance. They are family owned and being in contact with their owners is a common practice.

Taylor Station Logistics stores all of our products at their warehouse.We've utilized their services for multiple projects, but they ship all of our customer orders out via their facility. Our orders get pulled directly into their shipping software and they are able to manage this from start to finish. In addition to storage and product shipping, they also have completed special projects for us such as outreach to potential new vendors and special influencer/media boxes.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The team at Taylor Station Logistics is very communicative and always on the ball. They get our orders shipped our quickly and accurately, they are fast to respond to any inquiries from us, they are priced competitively, have easy to understand invoicing and all around have been really easy to work with. Our customers routinely mention that our orders are packaged well and arrive in a very timely manner. We've had great success in working with this 3PL and will continue to do so.

Project management is fantastic. They are very quick in all aspects of the work that they do for us and are very pleasant to work with. They are always on time, and whatever we ask for, they always make it work. Customer service has been fantastic.

Their pricing is very competitive, and their overall customer service is outstanding. It's hard to find a 3PL company who truly cares about your business, and we feel like they do. If any problems arise, they are transparent, fair, and address them right away. They are fast and accurate, but what we really love is their service and support.

So far we've had all good experiences with this company.
