I’m a digital marketing manager for a publishing firm.

What challenge were you trying to address with Taylor and Goes?
It mainly concerned our social media strategy and channels.

What was the scope of their involvement?
They're managing all our social media channels and strategy, as well as our content strategy. We’ve been working together for nearly four years, on all our social media content, and on putting in place the new strategy for it. We use Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and YouTube.
They create content and post it on our behalf, based on our priorities. They respond to comments as well.
What is the team composition?
I’ve worked with 2–3 people from their team. We have one main account manager, so I don’t know the exact numbers.
How did you come to work with Taylor and Goes?
I found them on LinkedIn. They sent me a message so I had a meeting with them and decided to give them a try. They were the agency we needed, and we’ve been growing together.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with them in December 2014 or January 2015. The collaboration is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We’ve been growing; people are interacting with our content at a much higher rate. I’m really happy, which is why I’m still working with Taylor and Goes. We’ve been changing our content strategy under their direction, and our social media followers seem to really like it.
How did Taylor and Goes perform from a project management standpoint?
They perform well. We communicate through email and have face-to-face meetings once a month, in which we review the strategy. We also have reviews every three to six months.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They’re proactive and always looking at the ROI, which is important from a company and business standpoint. We need to be focused on community management, as well as on driving orders and growing the business.

No, I’m quite happy with them.

What was the scope of their involvement?
Taylor and Goes created campaigns, strategy, and posts for LondonHelp4U and our other services. They created all our social media accounts and made strategy documents for our three brands. Taylor and Goes reviewed social media and created content for Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube. They’ve provided weekly planning, creation, and the scattering of posts for LondonHelp4U. They also reply to service inquiries on Facebook, and they send us leads.
What is the team composition?
The director is my main point of contact.
How did you come to work with Taylor and Goes?
My marketing manager and I discussed what we could do to improve our social media, and he referred Taylor and Goes to me. We’d had contact with other agencies, but we preferred Taylor and Goes, so we made a one-year contract.

We started working with Taylor and Goes in October 2016. We recently ended our contract because of financial reasons on our end.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Taylor and Goes provided reports on the posts that people engaged with the most. On our last report from April 2018, we saw a 1% increase in inquiries since the previous date. The total engagement increased by 41%.
How did Taylor and Goes perform from a project management standpoint?
We have a great relationship with them; they’re helpful and trustworthy. Whenever we’ve needed to talk to them, they were online and replied to us as soon as possible. Everything was good. Thyago (Director, Taylor and Goes) is very helpful. They brought good ideas to every meeting about what we could improve on social media.
We were in touch with them every week to discuss what we could promote. We had a meeting every month to talk about what we can improve, what we’ve done, and which posts went well.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Taylor and Goes is a social media expert; they know what they’re doing. They are a professional company. We’ve tried working with other agencies, but we didn’t feel confident in them.
Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?
Clients need to compare different agencies, see what benefits each one has, and know what they need. Giving the provider a list of goals will allow them to help you. Search for other agencies, and you will see that Taylor and Goes is better. They’ve worked well for us.
