Background - I work on a self employed, on a part-time basis, as an Affiliate Marketer for an online school, promoting digital marketing courses online . This is separate from my main job with an Engineering department for another company.

Although, I've been learning about digital marketing and trying to grow my knowledge and skills, since this would take time, I enlisted the help of Task Virtual, in the meantime to help reconstruct my website and optimize SEO for site, with more clicks and traffic to the site.
SOLUTION
How did you select Task Virtual and what were the deciding factors?
When searching for a Virtual Assistant I was comparing costs and the other companies were quite expensive, but Task Virtual offered a reasonably competitive price and they had a variety of skills sets, other than digital marketing such website development etc.
They not only upgraded my website and improved the page ranking of my website via SE0 and since this work is still in the early stages has improved traffic although not a huge amount at the moment, since this is still in working progress.

I explained to Task Virtual what my requirements are, then they suggested some goals such as: a refresh of the website, updating the content. SEO, implementing Google Analytics, adding Blogs.

I worked with the Team Leader and x2 from the Technical Support team and x1 Copy Writer

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
Since the work is still in the very early stages and recent promotion of the website the metrics are quite small, but then the measurements has not reached full potential yet. So, within a few days of the launch there 44 views and 30.8% of new visitors to the website - www.emarketingcourses.co.uk
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
There were regular communication and feedback with staff via email, Skype and mainly twice a day, and a few times by phone calls.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Their willingness to get various tasks done was impressive. Technical experience and their ability to accomplish tasks promptly. Also feedback with any issues.

We could not find personnel who would justify the wage/salary for the back office services that our system could accomplish on its own.

We can avoid mostly purchasing tasks, but there are too many to list!! It's about 12%-13% of the overall administrative work.
