I needed many flows and campaigns set up with our Klaviyo account. First we were on a time crunch to send out campaign emails for Black Friday and Cyber Monday. We also needed the marketing to be done professionally and not rushed. Lastly, we needed flows set up from abandoned cart to welcome series.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The month prior to hiring TAS we did $5,913 total sales online. Of which, $718 came from email marketing. In November we did $10,607 in total online sales with $4,978 from email marketing. Also our number of new subscibers jumped from 127 in the month prior to 183. 
In December, we did $12,619 in total online sales with $4,132 from email Marketing. We also added 200 new subscribers. We are currently 2/3 of the way through January and our email marketing sales are up 3.4% compared to the same time period in December. We now have 6 flows set up and have run 24 email campaigns

The team at TAS Digital is absolutely amazing. I was very worried after hiring them that Talal mentioned that he could help with our google ads as I told him that we were struggling in this area. It concerned me because no one person can be efficient at many things. 
Talal quickly explained to me that as with his email marketing team, he has a special set of individuals that focus only on google ads. So I love the fact that there is one person dedicated to our content writing, another to design, another to flows and set up, and more that I am not aware of. He has done an amazing job at finding great people who can project MY views through emails. I have since hired him to take over our google ads.

As I stated before, I love the fact that Talal has a specific person specialized in the area to do that specific job. With this approach, you can really have an effective team compared to 1 or 2 people trying to do all the work that is needed when it comes on an e-commerce store.

I think he has made everything as easy as one could hope for. I am not a computer savvy person and he set it up in a way that even I could get his team started with the work.(giving access, my vision, and my goals) Their communication is better than mine and I have not had 1 issue in the 8 weeks we've worked together.
