I'm the owner/founder of a golf retail business in India.

We wanted to grow our online business and our goal was a 10x return. on ad spend. Target helped us redesign our website and move to more focused marketing strategy that leveraged all the digital aspects.

There is a team of 3-4 people from TargetG that support our project. We have an account manager, a creative, and our online ads/google manager.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We had a 10x goal in increase of online sales from the new ad spend. Through their outstanding team, we were able to realise our goals in record time.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It was great. Initially we met nearly daily but once we re-launched, we moved to an weekly review. We use Slack and Trello activity as well as Google Meetings to communicate when necessary.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We love the personal touch and commitment that every TargetG personnel contributes on a daily basis.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We search online for a DM agency that had B2B experience and could understand our goals.

The first stage was to create a marketing strategy that could start showing results in the short term whilst understanding future growth. TargetG offered a full service - Paid Campaigns, SEO, Marketing Automation and customer retention.

Our Sales team works closely to qualify leads and share back data on lead quality. As a SaaS provider we cover all countries so understanding the market-wise opportunities is key to maximising ROAS.

Excellent. We have weekly and monthly meeting and use Slack to connect directly to the team.

With experts in each channel we feel like we have an inhouse team only provided by an agency!
