We needed to revamp our website to which had almost zero traffic and visits, our sales records online were bad, and it was complicated to navigate our products and categories as they were nested. We needed a beautiful and easy way for users to navigate various categories, sub categories, sub sub categories, request quotation on a product or its various variants and also be found on google and other search engines.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Tanta built a very beautiful and easy way to navigate between products, subcategories while having all the categories in view, its a very good resource for our vast clients, medical professionals, educators and scientist whom rely on our site to pick the right tools or products.

As such our sales has increased significantly as users are now have access to see exactly what they need, even those they did not know they needed. Also our in-house team now have a better dashboard for managing products, quotations, and orders.

Tanta delivered on time and within the budget, thou there we were a few communication challenge with the first team assigned to us, but when we complained, they changed the team immediately and the project proceeded as expected.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their communication and collaborative spirit stands out. Every step of the way, they actively sought our input, kept us informed about their progress, and were always available to answer questions. To me the partnership approach made all the difference.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Tanta Innovative could have done differently?

I can't think of any major areas for improvement. This was my first time working with a website development company, so perhaps I lack the experience to pinpoint specific feedback of that nature.
