Although their responsiveness and communication were excellent overall, there were a few instances where we would have appreciated more frequent updates on the project's status. This would have further enhanced our visibility into the process and allowed for any necessary adjustments along the way. 

Nonetheless, this minor suggestion does not overshadow the outstanding quality of work and professionalism demonstrated by Tangle Design throughout our collaboration.
