Vikram was responsible for full-stack development, with a focus on backend and API development, as well as infrastructure for the application. A key project was designing and deploying a serverless video processing pipeline leveraging AWS technologies such as S3, Lambda, and CloudFront. This pipeline was built to handle large-scale video uploads, transcoding, and delivery. Additionally, Vikram developed RESTful APIs using Express.js and Node.js. These APIs supported core application features, including video upload, metadata management, and user interactions.

Another significant contribution was the setup of a monitoring and alerting stack using Prometheus and Grafana. This system provided real-time visibility into application health, API performance, and serverless pipeline metrics, with alerting. Key deliverables included the serverless pipeline, production-ready APIs, a comprehensive monitoring stack, and knowledge transfer sessions for the internal team.

The project resulted in several successful outcomes that demonstrated meaningful progress. A serverless video processing pipeline was deployed in both staging and production environments, allowing for efficient video uploads and automated transcoding.

The APIs developed during the project improved the application's functionality and performance, supporting key features like video uploads, metadata management, and user interactions.
Additionally, Vikram set up a monitoring and alerting system with Prometheus and Grafana, making it easier to detect and address issues quickly. This work contributed to a more stable and reliable system, and the documentation and knowledge-sharing sessions enabled the team to confidently maintain and build on the work in the future.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Most of the beautiful "look and feel" of canonizer.com was done by Talentelgia. Many of the advance system like intelligent search were suggested, designed and implemented by Talentelgia. The previous version of canonizer.com was near impossible for anyone to use. Talentelgia was a key player in making the system user friendly. To say nothing of all the development work Talentelgia did on the new system.

Rohit G was our brilliant project manager. He was very understanding of what we needed, even more than we knew what we needed. They demonstrated exceptional attention to detail and met all our needs. We have 2 other teams (Code district and iffort) we work with, and they are a good team player, with great communication skills.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We have a very different "leaderless" culter with Canonizer.com LLC We required them to make significant changes to work with us, and they were very supportive and adaptive to the consensus building and tracking culter we are trying to achieve. Unlike some other companies we tried to work with, but ended up letting them go.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Talentelgia Technologies could have done differently?

We have a culture of everyone knows everything at Canonizer.com. This includes salary information. It is just my personal opinion, but I think it would be better if everyone knew what everyone was being paid for the work they were doing. But I understand there are reasons why this may not work for everyone.

I have contacted this firm through a reference. The deciding factors were that they understood my requirements clearly and their experience in developing similar solutions which gave me the confidence to hire them.

Before the development, we had meetings where I described the complete idea and goal. The company came up with a very good proposal and have me the complete plan of development based on Agile methodology.

In the initial phase, the wireframes were created and they have incorporated all my feedback into the wireframes. After that, the development sprints were started and they released the code staging server after the completion of each sprint. LAMP stack was used to develop the website.

Talentelgia Technology team helped me in developing my website scoreahead.com. They delivered my website as per my requirement within the deadline and with high quality. The team is very professional and diligent.

They have used Scrum Agile methodology and were very efficient in managing the project. The team shared daily status reports of the work done and we had weekly meetings where the team gave the demo of the work done and take my feedback. They used Jira, Skype, Bitbucket to manage the project and the code.

They developed a very high-quality website that is very scalable. During the development time, the team was easily accessible and took all the feedback very positively. My experience with the team was very good.

My experience with them was up to mark and there is nothing as such as per me which could have been done differently.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The measured outcome of this project is the start-up of a new website with minimum changes and the increasing customer engagement from our marketing efforts. Both of these areas were critical in the success of this new website.

Telentelgia Technologies was able to determine the resources necessary to complete my project. They created a team of highly skilled professionals who were able to develop and start up a new website. 

Telentelgia Technologies assigned a team leader to handle the design, development, and implementation of the new website and a team leader to handle the marketing and SEO efforts. Both of these team leaders were essential to the success of this project. This entire team was quick to respond to issues that came up during the process of developing and implementing this website. 

They provided good communication and kept me informed every step of the way. The Telentelgia Technologies team met the project timelines.
