Taikun Digital started by auditing our accounts and began working from there. The team oversees and manages our PPC advertising with Google Ads and Bing.  We’ve also recently started working on YouTube Ads, and Taikun Digital edits some of our video content. Taikun Digital gives us guidance for general analytics and conversion and landing page optimization. The team handles our display advertising on Google and designs creative assets. 

Taikun Digital has restructured our advertising accounts where necessary and has been tasked with improving overall efficiency and volume.

We found them through a private Slack group. We initially approached Taikun Digital a while ago but didn’t end up working with their team right away. We felt like their team put the most effort into their proposal and audit and decided to move forward with them. We also appreciated that Taikun Digital didn’t have a cookie-cutter approach.

We’ve spent around $30,000.

We started working together in January 2023, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Since beginning our engagement with Taikun Digital, we’ve maintained our efficiency despite an increase in our spending. We’ve also seen an improvement in our click-through rate. 

How did Taikun Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

They meet deadlines and are flexible. We’re in two very different time zones, but they accommodate us to make it work. Taikun Digital keeps us updated and is consistent and organized in their approach. We communicate via Google Meet and email. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Taikun Digital is always progressing. We’ve worked with previous companies that allow their work to become stagnant, and Taikun Digital doesn’t do that. They consistently come up with creative solutions and new ideas. We always feel like they’re working and doing their best to ensure success. They’re the best agency for PPC advertising that we’ve worked with.

We’ve spoken to them about improving their reporting.

They’re easy to work with, and Taikun Digital’s onboarding process is simple. Make sure you make it to the calls and review the materials they need you to look over and complete.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Taikun Digital creates ads for us through Facebook, which also includes Instagram. They also help us with remarketing, and we meet every two weeks to review our progress.

I work directly with Collin (Founder & CEO), but occasionally, two other people from his team are involved in the project.

How did you come to work with Taikun Digital?

We hired a consultant to help us with our entire digital efforts, from our website’s SEO to our daily postings on social media. This consultant introduced us to Collin. We explained to him what we were trying to do, and he took it from there.

We’ve spent somewhere between $300,000–$500,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together around June 2020, and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

When we started working together, our revenue coming from digital channels was between $1,000–$3,000 per month. Currently, we have a revenue of close to $50,000 per month from digital sales, so we’ve grown our digital business dramatically. Additionally, our traffic has increased about 25%. Overall, the numbers look good, and we’re growing our revenue every month, so we’re very happy.

How did Taikun Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

Taikun Digital has performed very well. Collin set up a dashboard for us where we can see performance metrics in real time, and aside from that, we communicate via text messages, phone calls, and emails.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Working with Taikun Digital actually works, and we have good results. We worked with a couple of other digital marketers in the past and saw no growth.

No, there’s nothing I can think of.

We were looking for someone who could help us create and manage social media ads for our business.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Collin (Founder) and his team have been running our CPM-based ads on Facebook and Instagram across Google Ads PPC campaigns. They’ve also created all of our campaigns, and those are the services we’ve been taking advantage of. Additionally, they’ve been helping us generate more content and animations for our advertising and social channels — they’re doing everything for us.

We work with at least for people on their team, but Collin is our main point of contact.

How did you come to work with Taikun Digital?

I was strongly referred to Collin. When I spoke to him, he was very knowledgeable and had several accounts in the beauty industry as well, and it seemed like his advertisement efforts were working for his other clients. He also had a lot of data and was open to sharing it with me, and spent a lot of time explaining why Taikun Digital would provide the best services for us. All of those were factors in me picking them as our partner.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They’ve been killing it for us — they already helped us go from zero sales to double-digit growth every month. I can also attribute to them most of our increase in social media followers thanks to the Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads efforts, which is where 90% of our traffic comes from. It’s as easy as saying that all of our business revenue comes from Taikun Digital.

How did Taikun Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

We generally communicate via email and a Slack channel. As far as project management, I can rely on them to execute everything; they’re able to put everything together and create a series of ads that turn out to be super effective.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They have a real hands-on approach. I’ve worked with other teams in the past, and I’d talk to them once a month, email them a lot, and have in-person meetings not very often. We also had an account representative, but it generally felt like we were with a giant team. With Tikun Digital there’s a lot of communication, and I genuinely think that they care deeply about the well-being of our account; it’s a nice change and that’s what distinguishes them from other providers.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think there’s something they can improve on; working with them it’s a great experience.

Any advice for potential customers?

Be transparent and upfront about budgets with them about budgets. Also, be willing to have discussions with Taikun Digital’s team — all the team members I’ve worked with are willing to give you their feedback to help you out. They’re also willing to experiment and try new things out; that’s working out for us.
