I am the Marketing Manager at ALLIANCE Credit Union.

For what projects/services did your company hire The Tadpole Agency, and what were your goals?

We hired the Tadpole Agency to film and produce ~1 min mortgage informational videos that are conversational in style. Our goal was to create a natural video that educates home buyers on little-known aspects that go into purchasing a home.

How did you select The Tadpole Agency and what were the deciding factors?

Based on recommendation and prior relationships.

Describe the video(s) and the process in detail, including the project steps and all stages of production.

We derived all the content for the videos, and the Tadpole team showed up day of - with all the necessary equipment and knowledge to execute the "feel" we wanted. Andrew and Kate were incredibly professional, prepared, and knowledgeable.

They nailed all the small details from the exact lighting to ensuring the mic packs were on and functioning correctly every time we changed scenes. Andrew and Kate were both engaging and comforting, making those on camera feel comfortable and relaxed, which in-turn produced the best possible content.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

We worked with Kate and Andrew. Both were incredibly accessible and communicated effectively prior to the shooting. Post-shoot they were incredibly quick at returning the finished products. They are consummate professionals.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have not used the videos yet, however we are beyond confident in their ability to accomplish our goal of educating home-buyers.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

They were incredibly flexible and well-timed. They booked much more than the needed time to shoot the product, in order to assure nothing was rushed. Additionally they showed up early to properly set up and were open to changing things on the fly to fit our needs.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The team's attention to detail has been impressive throughout the workflow. There was not a single aspect unchecked our overlooked on their end.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not for this project. We are incredibly satisfied and happy with our experience.

I’m the owner of a restaurant group.

What challenge were you trying to address with The Tadpole Agency?

I’ve done several forms of advertising, but my demographic is mainly college students, so we needed to increase our social media presence.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

The Tadpole Agency controls all of our social media presence on Instagram, Facebook, and Google Reviews. They come once a month to create content and photograph our food, drinks, and clientele, resulting in a month’s worth of content to post.

What is the team composition?

We’ve been working with Aly (Director of Social Media) and Jonathan (Chief Strategy Officer).

How did you come to work with The Tadpole Agency?

Jonathan used to live in my neighborhood, and I saw that he was opening his own company. I’ve seen his work for other companies, and I thought he did a good job, so I decided to reach out to him.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent around $15,000 with them so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in May 2021, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve been getting several clients that hear about us through social media. Also, we’ve noticed an increase in our social media reach, presence, and followers growth, thanks to the exposure they do for us — they’ve been helping me recover from the COVID-19 pandemic! Overall it’s been a great working relationship; they’re the best advertising agency I’ve seen in my 20 years of business.

They’ve been impeccable; they’re always available for anything we need and provide professional ideas to help me grow my business.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their talented and professional team is outstanding. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think there’s anything they can improve on — I couldn’t be happier with their work.

Have constant meetings with them so they can understand the direction you want to take with your business and help it grow.
