What challenge were you trying to address with Tache Technologies?

We needed someone to develop our mobile and web apps.

What was the scope of their involvement?

First, my team explained our requirements. Then, Tache Technologies designed and developed our internal iOS and Android mobile apps using hybrid technologies. They also did the frontend development of our web application, which is the dashboard we use to manage everything. They built the web app in Angular.

They provided one point of contact that managed everything internally.

How did you come to work with Tache Technologies?

They emailed us. It’s not common for developers to understand our requirements, but Tache Technologies did.

My company spent $35,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in 2017–January 2019. There were two or three phases with updates, beta launches, bug fixes, and more; it was a big project.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They delivered high-quality products.

How did Tache Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?

The project was well-managed, and deliverables were top-quality. Communication occasionally veered off course, but it was generally okay. We communicated via Skype and GoToMeeting.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Tache Technologies provided great project management. Their prices were reasonable compared to others.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Communication could be better. They don’t have language translation capabilities.
