We act as a patient’s front door to MSK and orthopedic care by combining technology, clinical expertise, and a guided virtual experience to assess symptoms, direct patients to the most appropriate level of care, and help them move toward relief faster. Whether that means conservative care, imaging, specialist follow up, or another next step, the goal is to simplify the process and eliminate unnecessary runaround.

At its core, ViewFi is built to improve access, speed up decision making, and help people get back to living pain free faster.

We hired Syrup to help us redesign our website with a fresh new look. We needed them to address two issues. First being the outdated look and structure of our website. Second being the slow load time for the pages. We needed them to design 20 pages, and update the entire site which is over 200 pages.

They decreased our page load time from a few seconds to less than a second which was one of the main goals that we set at the beginnign of the project and then were extremely pleased with this outcome

We approached Syrup for a brand enhancement. It was not a rebrand but elevating our existing graphic applications and brand usage. We needed design elements to enhance our logo and its usage. We also needed several templates, icons, new brand colors, and a brand guide.

What impressed me most about this company was their staff. Everyone was upbeat, cheerful, consistently positive, and fully engaged with us. There were no junior staffers—or if there were, they certainly didn't act like it. The entire team went above and beyond to address any issues we encountered and offered valuable advice on implementing their design work, even though it wasn't part of their original scope.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Syrup could have done differently?

In terms of areas for improvement, nothing specific comes to mind. All the staff we worked with had a solid understanding of our objectives. My only suggestion would be to ensure you're fully engaged during the initial meeting with their team so they clearly grasp your project. They were attentive, listened carefully, and asked the right questions. We didn’t encounter any issues, but if someone didn’t approach that first meeting seriously, it could end up wasting both their time and yours.
