We hired SyncApp Technologies to build our mobile app and website applicaiton from the ground up. We provided prototypes of the UI and they handled all of the development, including QA testing and app store distribution.

This included building a mobile app for iOS and Android, a front-end website, a backend website portal, and the infrastructure that powered it all. The backend website integrated with several 3rd party APIs and the custom API that they built powered our mobile app. The app has had great adoption in our private beta as we have gained proof of concept. 

We have received extremely positive feedback.

Executing the sprints that we collaboratively established for the projects. Providing the deliverables that we expected for our application at the time we expected them and agreed upon.

The communication was excellent - the items were typically delivered on time, and if there was ever some unexpected circumstances in which they needed more time, it was communicated up front and was never an issue. We expected that that would happen from time to time as is common with development. And they were always committed to executing the deliverables on time and really hustling to complete every sprint.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The communication was excellent, and they really felt invested in our project's success. They learned our application and business model inside and out so that they could ensure the app functioned and felt the way we needed it to for our users. It was really shocking how enjoyable the team was to work with.
