Valentyn and his team always meet deadlines and exceed my expectations every time in the quality of their work. Communication is the best I've ever encountered with a 3rd party working on our website, Valentyn's English is better than that of 90% of English people in my own country! And I say that as a former English teacher

Thank goodness we found Valentyn and Synapse Code, we'd been on a 'misery-go-round' of coders who all inflated their abilities to get hired, only to leave us frustrated by the quality of their work and how unreliable they were. I was constantly having to end their contracts prematurely and hire new coders/web developers - yet I was being portrayed as the 'bad guy' for leaving them with a {deservedly} negative review of their work!

Valentyn is 'for keeps', you explain what you want, once, and the next thing you know it's done -  and better than you asked for or even imagined it could be done. He becomes an invaluable part of your business, a remote part of your team. Valentyn knows my own website better than I do, he reminds me about things I've forgotten and he somehow does things that previous web developers told me couldn't be done!

Totally reliable and with excellent communication, Synapse Code are a joy to work with - that's why we've chosen Valentyn for the long-term support of our legacy website and we hope to keep him on board for our soon-to-be-launched new generation website.

I'm a perfectionist but even I can't find anything that they could improve on. Thank you.
