What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since 2019 we have a running ITSM solution, thanks to the assistance from SykoraIT. This allowes us to cut down delivery times for i.e. software distribution processes (which are now ~90 %  automated) and hardware/logistics processes which are helping to get our customers the desired value while honoring the ITIL framework principles for the used practices.

The project is organized in a SCRUM like way; This way SykoraIT was able to interact with our internal stakeholders on a more even level, which allowed us to work together more closely and allowed to stay in target time windows, most of the time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The ammount of dedication for understanding the customers needs, is unheard of in the best possible way. Sykora IT's team was able to not only fulfill tasks but also challenge them on the business level, if necessary, to avoid misunderstandings.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Sykora IT could have done differently?

Even though SykoraIT is very fit in the usage of project management, sometimes we'd have appriacated a bit more pushback for tasks and exptected deliverables which are either breaking the system (because the business logic is not sound enough) or are just not usefull to build at all (because they might have existed already in the given ITSM sandbox).

Sykora IT developed and implemented a connector between USU Service Management and the Jira platform. In addition, they integrated the AI Ticket Summary application into our ticketing environment, enhancing automation and improving service efficiency.

Sykora IT developed a connector between two ticketing systems, enabling different departments to continue working within their preferred platforms while maintaining seamless cross-system communication. Additionally, they integrated the AI Ticket Summary app into USU Service Management, enhancing ticket handling efficiency through AI-powered summarization

Sykora IT delivered all project tasks on time. Feedback was taken seriously, and project goals and tasks were adjusted accordingly.
