The project was to build an entire mobile app from nothing to a scalable multiplayer game within a 3.5 month timeline. The game supported:

1. Real-time matchmaking with matchmaking rulesets
2. Engaging onboarding process & account creation 
3. The game itself, a turn-based board game with intricate rules 
4. Friend Management functionality (add friends, invite friends, accept requests, challenge friends, etc.) 
5. Different game-style for friend vs. friend games 
6. Interactive "Trophy Road" that compliments the user rating system 
7. Team management page & functionality (used prior to game) 
8. In-Game music & sounds 
9. Settings page
10. In-app currency 
11. In-app Purchases (both consumable purchases & subscriptions) 
12. In-app advertising (rewarded video) 
13. Shop page for traditional purchases, deals that show based on rating, and automated daily deals with specific rulesets

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We had at least weekly build sent to us to review, built against pre-defined milestones. The Swytapp team QA'd all builds before they ever reached us, which made testing extremely easy. We hardly found any bugs or misalignment in deliverables. In fact - the Swytapp team usually over-delivered, gadding micro-animations and seamless transitions to make the app an extremely pleasant experience.

The team executed effectively while also being flexible to adjustments along the way. Communication was fantastic, and we always felt like their top-client. White-glove experience the entire process. Delivery was not only on-time, but ahead of schedule. I have worked with developers for over 10 years and its rare to find a team that delivers so effectively like the Swytapp team does in such a timely and professional manner. Not to mention fantastic quality work.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

There was a lot that was impressive and unique about working with the Swytapp team. But if we had to boil it down to a simple answer, it was that they made our lives so easy. It was clear that they were experts in what they do and have people staffed to accomplish our needs at every level during the game development. 

If we needed adjustments on design, they would re-work artwork in such a fantastic way that we did not need revisions. When we reviewed builds, we would be extremely thorough but would not catch any mistakes and hardly had feedback. How nice is that?

I'm not sure what the SwyTapp team could have done differently. They're easily one of the best agencies we've worked with and wouldn't change a thing.

A working game that can be played on an outdoor billboard. Success was measured anecdotally by talking to users who played the game on-site. We also estimated an average play time of 90 seconds, and we achieved an average play time of 139 seconds.

Misha and the team were fantastic to work with. They helped us with the idea when we were scoping and then produced the project to top quality. There were lots of changes along the way, and the team was brilliant with keeping track of changes and requests. They were also very quick with communication and check-ins. 

The project went very smoothly and finished ahead of schedule, with all stakeholders happy. I can highly recommend Misha and the team if you're looking for game development. I will definitely be working with them again.

By building a platform that unites all of our international construction partners, SwyTapp will be able to provide the Jewish community with a one-stop shop. 

The solution must be able to communicate with individuals of all ages and stages, as our mission is to support that community from conception to death. Thus far, we have completed the study and the initial phases of development. 

Their team is currently working on making our solution platform- and segment-neutral. In addition to working with bespoke PHP, they have proven flexibility in integrating multiple platforms, such as Salesforce, Drupal, and WordPress, into our platform to boost data collection.

This is a big project with ambitious goals. Ultimately, we hope that our solution will take the form of a unified platform that benefits the community at every stage of life.

Their greatest strength is simply their ability to understand and pay attention to the needs of their clients. Because they take for granted their professional knowledge and experience, too many tech companies think they know more than their clients. Conversely, byVoice is delivered with a blank page. 

The team carefully assesses the client's needs to identify the primary problem. They know what questions to ask to get that information and understand the client's business. Once they have that, they will start coming up with answers. 

I appreciate how they consistently convey concepts from our perspective, and their delivery reflects that. They spent time gathering the inputs.

I want to find something to critique, but they're so amazing that I just can't. The crew has shown incredible knowledge and intellect, and the work is delivered in an excellent manner.
