I’m the marketing manager for Abacus, an IT service provider dealing with software development and design.

What challenge were you trying to address with Swicons Consultancy Services Private Ltd?

We needed to design and develop a website for the purposes of education and training.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Swicons developed and designed a website from scratch using PHP. We provided the content, and our teams collaborated on keyword research since they also previously did SEO work for us.

I worked with two people on this project. One of them was from the marketing team, and the other was a technical person.

How did you come to work with Swicons Consultancy Services Private Ltd?

We inquired about developers, and Swicons was recommended. We liked their reviews and the fact that they were located close by. We initially hired them to do SEO, and we were so pleased with the results that we hired them again for the development of this website.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent around $5,600, including add-ons to the website.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from September 2019–March 2020.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Swicons understood our concepts and responded well to our feedback. The website took 6–7 months to complete, including the revisions and add-ons we requested. Overall, they provided quality services, and they were also quite friendly. 

How did Swicons Consultancy Services Private Ltd perform from a project management standpoint?

Swicons did a good job. They worked in a timely manner and finished things ahead of the deadline, which gave us time for the revisions that we wanted to do. Initially, we communicated via phone, but we eventually switched to email for more efficiency.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They were humble, and they provided excellent value for the money that we invested in the project.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there weren’t any. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Expect that they’ll provide great feedback and produce work in a good timeframe. That’s good because time is money, which provides value to you.
