Full Klaviyo email marketing management and execution utilizing a top-down marketing strategy. Sweat Pants Agency creates our monthly marketing calendar, and strategically creates campaigns to help us execute our goals. In addition to campaigns, Sweat Pants Agency creates and updates automated flows in Klaviyo to help nurture customers and support long term retention. They also manage our website opt-in pop ups on the platform, Digioh. This direclty feeds email contacts into Klaviyo, further advancing our list-building and "audience-owning" efforts.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Maintained email health in Klaviyo, while advancing overall branding quality. Deliverables are consistent, reliable, and of desired quality. Our CMO's need for micro-management has been reduced due to the reliability and quality of the Sweat Pants Agency CSM team. While revenue has maintained horizontal consistency, this has highlighted a need to further focus on outside-the-box traffic acquisition strategies.

Monthly calendar planning is done proactively in advance and on time. We have a Slack board for day-to-day communication that has helped make project management efficient and smooth. Our CSMs are always quick to respond, and as friendly and professional as they come. Campaign approvals are always delivered with sufficient time to analyze and scrutinize as needed.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The company culture of the Sweat Pants Agency is top-tier. In comparison to our previous email agency, it is a night and day difference in overall quality. They uplift their clients while being as dependable as a brand could ask for. The quality of the email design and copy is also noticeably elevated. All of this easily justifies the cost of service. You truly get what you pay for. Quality team, quality deliverables, and quality reliability.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Sweat Pants Agency could have done differently?

Sure, I can always wish to have further improved monthly revenue, but before onboarding with them, we were already attributing 40% average monthly revenue to Klaviyo; so this is a task that takes more than an email agency to execute. This is a holisitic marketing issue that myself, being a CMO must address and solve. Sweat Pants Agency has truly made my life easier and less stressful. And sure, there have been some discrepencies in deliverables; however, their team has always been prompt in responding to and fixing these with a great attitude, which is what really matters.
