Orr and his team of developers helped build us a platform where we can have our clients log in, and they can see a dashboard of all the activities of the virtual staff that are assigned to them. They built us a marketplace where candidates from all over the world can apply and get matched for a medical practice position.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We had a great experience working with Orr and his development team. They helped us take our platform from an idea to a fully functioning product, and the entire team has been responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with throughout the process. What stood out most was their ability to understand what we were trying to build from a business perspective and translate that into the actual platform. As the project evolved, we added new ideas, workflows, integrations, and automation, and Orr and his team were always willing to work through them with us and find solutions. Building a custom platform from the ground up is never simple, but they made the process significantly easier. Communication has been great, development has been consistent, and they've continued to support us as we improve and expand the platform. I would definitely recommend Orr and his team to anyone looking for a reliable development partner, especially for a larger custom software project.

SWARECO partnered with us from the earliest stages of product definition through final UI design. Working collaboratively over many months, they helped translate a complex product vision into an intuitive user experience by creating user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, responsive layouts, and a scalable design system.

One of the things I valued most was that SWARECO never tried to make me dependent on them. They actively encouraged me to learn more about design and AI-assisted development, so that over time I could take on more myself. Even now, they remain extremely responsive whenever I need advice, support, or an extra set of eyes.

SWARECO helped turn a first-time founder's vision into a production-ready platform that is now live and growing. The platform has attracted hundreds of registered creators and dozens of verified production companies, leading to multiple development conversations and our first development deal. Just as importantly, they delivered a flexible design system that has made it easy to continue improving the product as we learn from real users.

SWARECO's project management was excellent throughout the engagement. They consistently met deadlines, communicated clearly, and were highly responsive whenever questions or new ideas came up. As a first-time founder, my vision evolved as I learned more about the product and the market, and they adapted without ever making me feel like changing direction was a burden. They struck a great balance between keeping the project moving forward and taking the time to think through better solutions. Even after launch, they've continued to respond quickly whenever I've needed advice or support. They felt like an extension of our team rather than an outside vendor.

What stood out most was how invested SWARECO became in the success of the product. They were true thought partners, not just designers, and they consistently looked for ways to improve the user experience rather than simply executing requests. I also appreciated that they embraced AI-assisted workflows and encouraged me to build my own skills along the way. Their goal wasn't to make me dependent on them, it was to help me build a better product and become a better founder.

Are there any areas for improvement or something SWARECO could have done differently?

Honestly, I don't have any significant areas for improvement to suggest. Like any long-term product engagement, there were occasional differences of opinion, but those discussions almost always led to a better outcome. They consistently delivered high-quality work, communicated well, and adapted as the project evolved. I'd happily work with them again.

Thanks to SWARECO, we have a new internal software that has improved our output and sped up our workflows. We’re now able to deliver projects faster. Swareco led the full development of the EverSpan platform, covering architecture, design, and implementation of a custom telehealth application. The project required building a scalable system capable of supporting nationwide operations, including complex workflows across operations, fulfillment, and care teams.

Deliverables included a fully functional web application, role-based dashboards for internal teams, patient-facing experiences, backend infrastructure, and key integrations for scheduling, data tracking, and workflow automation. The system was built with a focus on reliability, scalability, and ease of use.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The platform Swareco delivered enabled us to successfully launch and scale our telehealth operations nationwide. We saw significant improvements in operational efficiency, including streamlined workflows, reduced manual processes, and faster onboarding for both patients and providers.

The system has supported consistent performance at scale, improved internal coordination across teams, and created a more seamless user experience for patients.

Swareco’s project management was organized and reliable. They established clear timelines and milestones at the outset and did a great job of keeping the project on track. Deliverables were consistently completed on time, and any potential delays were communicated early with proposed solutions.

They were very responsive to our needs, often turning around updates quickly and incorporating feedback efficiently. As our requirements evolved, they remained flexible and proactive, ensuring that changes were implemented without disrupting overall progress.
