That perspective is rare. They treated the project like it was their own, anticipated issues before they became problems, and kept quality high throughout. It's uncommon to find a team that's both this skilled and this easy to work with.

Honestly, there wasn't much to fault. If anything, communication during the earliest planning stage could have been a little more frequent while details were still being finalized - but once the project was underway, they were consistently on top of everything. It's a minor point, and it didn't affect the outcome. Overall, the experience was smooth and the results speak for themselves.

Orr and his team of developers helped build us a platform where we can have our clients log in, and they can see a dashboard of all the activities of the virtual staff that are assigned to them. They built us a marketplace where candidates from all over the world can apply and get matched for a medical practice position.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We had a great experience working with Orr and his development team. They helped us take our platform from an idea to a fully functioning product, and the entire team has been responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with throughout the process. What stood out most was their ability to understand what we were trying to build from a business perspective and translate that into the actual platform. As the project evolved, we added new ideas, workflows, integrations, and automation, and Orr and his team were always willing to work through them with us and find solutions. Building a custom platform from the ground up is never simple, but they made the process significantly easier. Communication has been great, development has been consistent, and they've continued to support us as we improve and expand the platform. I would definitely recommend Orr and his team to anyone looking for a reliable development partner, especially for a larger custom software project.

Swareco led the full development of the EverSpan platform, covering architecture, design, and implementation of a custom telehealth application. The project required building a scalable system capable of supporting nationwide operations, including complex workflows across operations, fulfillment, and care teams.

Deliverables included a fully functional web application, role-based dashboards for internal teams, patient-facing experiences, backend infrastructure, and key integrations for scheduling, data tracking, and workflow automation. The system was built with a focus on reliability, scalability, and ease of use.

The platform Swareco delivered enabled us to successfully launch and scale our telehealth operations nationwide. We saw significant improvements in operational efficiency, including streamlined workflows, reduced manual processes, and faster onboarding for both patients and providers.

The system has supported consistent performance at scale, improved internal coordination across teams, and created a more seamless user experience for patients.
