SUSO began with a thorough audit of our visibility across the major LLM platforms. They tested a wide range of queries relevant to our practice areas, things like "Bulgaria corporate law firm," "legal advice for setting up a business in Bulgaria," "crypto regulation Bulgaria lawyer," and so on. The data was clear: we were not being surfaced in any meaningful way. They then developed a combined SEO and GEO strategy. On the SEO side, they restructured certain parts of our website architecture, improved internal linking, and optimised key practice area pages. On the GEO side, they focused on strengthening our citation profile across authoritative legal directories, securing editorial mentions through digital PR, and refining our content so that it would be more likely to be referenced by language models. Deliverables include the initial audit report, a quarterly strategy document, monthly visibility tracking across four AI platforms, and ongoing content and citation work.

Within five months we started appearing in ChatGPT and Perplexity responses for several of our core queries. Our organic search traffic has also increased noticeably, particularly on practice area pages that were part of the optimisation work. More importantly, we have received inbound enquiries from prospective clients who explicitly referenced finding us through AI-generated recommendations. For a boutique firm in a specialised market, that kind of qualified inbound is extremely valuable.

The intellectual rigour they bring to what is still a very new discipline. Most agencies I have encountered treat AI search as a marketing buzzword. SUSO treat it as an analytical problem with measurable inputs and outputs. For someone with my mindset, that level of depth is what builds trust.

First thing they did was run an AI visibility check across LLMs to see where we stood. We were invisible. Then they built out a plan that combined traditional SEO improvements with what they call GEO, which is basically making sure your brand gets picked up by AI tools when they generate answers. On the SEO side they sorted out technical issues on the site, improved our content structure and targeted some keywords we'd been missing. On the GEO side it was about building citations in trusted directories, getting press mentions through digital PR, and rewriting key pages so AI models would reference us as a credible source. Deliverables each month include an updated AI visibility report, SEO performance dashboard, and a summary of citations and PR placements secured.

We're now appearing in ChatGPT for a handful of our most important queries. Organic rankings have improved for several target keywords too, which has brought in more traffic outside of PPC. The real proof is in the leads. We've had enquiries where people have told us they were recommended to us by an AI chatbot. That's a new channel we weren't tapping into at all before.

 I'd like to see more integration with our PPC data so we can compare cost per lead across channels. That's probably more of a "nice to have" than a criticism though. Everything else has been spot on.

SUSO conducted what they call an AI Visibility Audit, which essentially looked at how our firm appeared across four or five AI platforms when people asked questions about accountancy services. They presented the findings to me very clearly, which I appreciated because I am not a technical person. From there they recommended changes to our website content, helped us get mentioned on industry directories and relevant publications, and created articles that were written in a way that these AI systems would reference. I receive a monthly update showing our progress. The deliverables have been the audit itself, a strategy document, ongoing content work, and a monthly visibility report.

AIKON is now being recommended by ChatGPT for certain queries about accountancy in central London. I have tested it myself. • SEO Retainer: SUSO provides on-site SEO recommendations and consultations for several of our pages. This involves ensuring that our pages are well-optimized for search engines and that the content is optimized for the target audience. We have regular calls with our account manager, who is at hand to answer any questions we might have about the SEO work. 
• SEO Reports: SUSO delivered SEO reports that provided an overview of our SEO performance. The reports clearly defined key findings that needed to be addressed, a list of keyword opportunities, and a detailed analysis of a relevant keyword that should be targeted, along with recommendations on how to optimize for said keywords. 
• Workshop: The agency also delivered an educational workshop with our team in January 2024, which was led by SUSO’s CEO, Will. This session was incredibly valuable for our team, who now have a much stronger understanding of how SEO works and what the main areas of focus should be for 2024.

My website was hacked in September 23, but I didn't notice until November that year. That meant that I had to delete the whole site and Google had marked my site as unsafe, which really affected my business. I had conversations with other developers, but they were encouraging me to go with a new domain and redirect my old one to that. But, I had my previous website for 15 years and it had a lot of backlinks. So, I reached out to SUSO digital through a colleagues recommendation. 
They confirmed that recovering the hacked site was the much more favourable approach in the long run for SEO. I had a zoom meeting with a director and a developer and they quickly accessed the backend and all necessary tools to start the recovery process, migrate my design over, and signal to google to re-crawl the site. 
Within 48hrs, the site was migrated back to the hacked domain, on a new hosting package and was safe and listed on Google again. Just that day, I started to get enquiries again! It was fantastic.
