We reviewed Sunny Creates portfolio and the work he already did and compared the content and style with other verndors. After first meetings and due to his own style and professional writing, it felt like a perfect match.

First, we had a kick-off meeting with Sunny Creates, our customer and ourselves. After meeting each other, Sunny Creates did a face-to-face questionnaire with the customer to get all the needed information about their business and relevant target group. In a follow-up meeting we defined what content and for wich channels was needed from Sunny Creates.

After first pieces of content were created, our customer and ourselves reviewed it to generate a feedback round. After this alingment the rest of the content was finalized with the inputs from our side. The deadlines were communicated from the beginning and Sunny Creates always delivered on-time.

We always worked with Sunny Creates directly who was responsible for the content. The communication was stright forward and very fast as there were not too many people involved.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

With the professional content on the website we could increase the customer's Google ranking. In parallel, the social media content is on a professional level now and we received very good feedback from users. For our customer such content was crutial to differentiate from their competitors.

The workflow was very effective. We had defined a project manager from our side who always aligned between Sunny Creates and our customer. The communication with Sunny Creates was fast and he always delivered on time. Every 2 weeks we had a meeting to align on the current status and next steps forward.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Sunny Creates did a lot of research in the beginning to get to know the customer's business and the target group well. This was crutial for the content afterwards. It was impressive how fast they dived into new topics and asked the right questions to get all information needed.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

As English is not our mother tongue, sometimes it was hard to understand specific words within the writing. But as soon as we mentioned this, Sunny Creates explained the content in an easier way for us in the review-sessions.

We've searched all over the internet for agencies that could help us tell our story. Everyone we reached out to, felt generic & Sunny was able to quickly grasp what we were about and provide a nimble approach to meet our goals, without the hassle and bureaucracy that other agencies brought. Eventually, it was his fresh and pragmatic approach that sold us.

We went through a discovery phase where we defined our goals, timelines and key deliverables. He basically took take of the entire process with weekly checkins to make sure we were staying on track. We basically repeat this process with our clients who also love the collaboration.

We worked with the Founder, Sunny. He served as the bridge of communication and the man of ideas whose team then executed on.

They've created a good problem for us: We have more leads than can handle.

They seamlessly integrated into our team. Our team loves them.

How quick and nimble the team is, things moved fast and smoothly. They are eager to listen to us and improve upon our ideas.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

As with any partner, there is a ramp up period. But once that's done, they have paid off ten-fold. Also the founder's surfing could be better.

I am EMEA Sales Manager of an internatioanl corporation, with more than 35 years in trade business. Our trade core business is focused on power products, home appliances, outdoor and fitness.

After a kick-off meeting, they help us identify our ideal audiences for each brand and range, then they reviewed all the material the company had: photos, videos, articles, etc. Then we started to work for each brand, writing articles, detailing each product in order to start working on the website and blogs, and create guideliness for the next months.

We finally have the website for our main brand, and this has led to an exponential increase in enquiries and web traffic. With their content creations, guidelines and support, we have positioned the brands in strategic markets, with results above expectations.

Was perfect. We have created a working agenda and we work on it. Alwasy met the deadlines. The best thing is that they were always able to adapt to our needs, and our shortcomings.

Creativity and clarity in the message. Content that is always clear, precise, with clear information. They take the time to research each topic.

Not for us. We believed that everything went as expected and even better.

We worked on a digital Communication strategy plan first and developed an editorial and publishing plan as a result. The goal was to communicate news and updates consistently through all channels, using different angles depending on audience and platform. For example, LinkedIn vs Newsletter, etc

Content Marketing lead and later with a copywriter for social captions as well as a project manager.

Still ongoing, but already increased visit frequency on our pages, social media profiles, increased followers etc.

Very effective! Of course could be better if we could meet personally but during the pandemic through online possibilies was still very good.

Thanks to its brand new website, one of our key products have increased sales by127% and we have received inquiries from top food brands.

Meetings with Sunny Creates were always easy to schedule, they are very open-minded and ready to improve their work in any way you suggest.

Sunny Creates really got our products and goals even considering our company is focused in Life Science, which it's not always an attractive or easy to understand market. Nevertheless, they exceeded our expectations and created very cool content for our pages.
